We enjoyed our stay!! Such a fun house- full of character and great artwork. Hosts were great- easy to work with over one tiny issue (vacuum charger couldn’t be located and they had a vacuum on our porch within a few hours!) so we appreciated their promptness even though we weren’t in any huge need for it. The golf cart made dinner and shopping trips so easy and fun. Beach was super close and the restaurants were even closer. Kept a small beach feel even though we were located minutes from the hustle of Seaside. The one recommendation I will make is to space out your groceries. We bought for the week and had nowhere to put them other than the fridge, so if you like a neat and tidy kitchen you may want to order for half the week at a time. We appreciated the extra beach supplies and towels. Grayton has so much charm a and is the beach town on 30A that we would go back to again and again!

A replacement vacuum on the porch within hours for a non emergency, that's the standard our team loves hitting! We're glad the character filled house and golf cart cruises captured that Grayton charm, close to Seaside's buzz but worlds away. Your grocery pacing tip is genuinely useful, and we've noted the storage feedback too. We'd love to be your again and again spot on 30A!

We really enjoyed our stay at Stoked! Location is fantastic, very close to the beach and four doors away from the Red Bar and other restaurants. There was a convenient path to the beach with just a few minutes walk. House came with a golf cart but wasn’t needed being so close.

We loved the house, especially the bed swing on the porch and having use of the golf cart. The dishwasher did not work the entire time we were there, which was frustrating but other than that, despite the rain, we had a nice relaxing stay.

Stoked is in a great location directly in the main area of Grayton Brach and only steps from the water and The Red Bar. The home is beautifully furnished and the two living areas were perfect for 4 adults and a child!

Perfect for a Family Trip

We felt right at home and enjoyed a relaxing week at the beach. The house was well equipped and attractively decorated. The location is excellent and the view is as shown in the photos. We hope to return.

Great location— true to the listing. Clean for the most part, but I would recommend getting the living room sofa professionally cleaned. The cleaning crew also showed up unannounced, an hour before checkout and asked if they could “Go ahead and get started”. Overall, it’s a great option in Grayton Beach, with room for a few improvements.

Grayt Rental and Host

Property was even better than the pictures. Very comfy and well stocked. Our host met us when we arrived and was very helpful during our stay. Walk to the beach and local restaurant is short. Already making plans to return next year.
