Awesome place. Was perfect for two families with kids. The heated pool was perfect size. Easy walk two blocks to the beach access, or you can walk or take the trolley to Chiringo/Red Bar. Will rent it again for sure.

Great vacay spot

We had the best time! The home was equipped with plenty for our stay as far as kitchen utensils, linens, etc. Great location not far from the beach at all. We loved it!

Grayton Magnolia was our favorite property from years of renting in the Grayton/Santa Rosa areas. The home had ample space, plenty of beds and bathrooms and was very comfortable. The private pool was a favorite of the kids and the location in Grayton can’t be beat.

Loved Grayton Beach- house was great, well equipped but do bring your own beach chairs, etc. easy to walk or bike to restaurants, shops and beach. Hope to come back!

Grayton Vacation

We had a great stay at Grayton Magnolia! The house was super cute and clean and the pool was a plus. A little bit of a walk to the beach, but not bad. Nice walk to the Red Bar for supper each evening. All in all a great place and would recommend to anyone.

Easter weekend

Beautiful Home

We came to Grayton for a week at the beach and could not have been happier to walk into such a beautiful and well appointed home. It was immaculate and so comfortable. We loved the screened in porch and pool. Also, the beds were magnificent. Thank you for making our vacation perfect!

Beach time

Great location, quiet area, easy walk to the beach with a nice wagon to use . Pool in the backyard was a great addition to have. Would be nice to have bikes at the house for use but we rented them from 30A bike rental.

Relaxing family vacation

We loved the house and location. It was easy to walk to town and the beach, but also great to have a pool to relax in. We rented bikes. It was so easy to bike down to the beach. Our teens and college kids had plenty of places to hang out at the house. The management company is quick to respond to questions.

Overall our stay was very good. However, the ceiling fan in master bedroom only worked if the recess lights were on...not switched separately.

Great getaway

It was very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, especially in the hot sun but manageable. The house did have a little metal cart we used to put our belongings in which made getting everything to the beach much easier. The pool was a big plus but the door alarm was kind of annoying. My only complaint was that I wish there was a way to turn on the ceiling fan in the master bedroom without turning on the lights. Overall 10 out of 10, would stay again.
