Located in this perfect oasis, Pine Cove is a three-level, four-bedroom, and three-bath vacation home. It encompasses plenty of living space, outdoor balconies, and a private pool. With the spacious living areas and comfortable sleeping quarters, this home can host up to 12 beach guests.
Live oaks and coastal plants greet vacationers upon arrival, providing a protective and private setting for this sought-after beach home. Enter the glass doors on the first level, where a spacious guest room features a king-size bed, access to a full hall bath with shower and soaking tub, and a washer and dryer. This level opens out onto a backyard sundeck. The deck boasts a private pool surrounded by patio furniture and lounge chairs, offering a relaxing environment for an afternoon swim or evening nap.
An open living area is located upstairs on the second level. The living room features a royal blue wraparound couch, driftwood and glass-topped coffee table, an accent chair, and a patterned ottoman. A flatscreen TV hangs above a rustic credenza for entertainment. Next to the living room is a state-of-the-art kitchen with gleaming countertops and brushed stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen offers plenty of room for cooking up vacation meals, serving appetizers, or mixing your favorite tropical cocktails. A large breakfast bar sits below modern light fixtures and includes raised seating for four. Enjoy a delicious dinner at the glass-topped dining table, which sits between the kitchen and a set of glass windows. From this main living area, guests can access a wraparound porch that boasts an outdoor table, chairs, and a porch swing. The second level also features two guest bedrooms: one has a queen-size bed, and the other has two full beds.
The entire third floor is dedicated to an elegant master suite. This room has a vaulted ceiling, king-size bed, private bath, and glass doors that lead to an observation deck. A twin bunk nook is provided for extra sleeping space.
With its ideal location in Grayton Beach, the Pine Cove rental home is great for guests who like the feeling of privacy, but also want to be near the action. Grayton Beach presents visitors with a variety of vacation amusements, from eclectic specialty shops like the Zoo Gallery to artist studios like Modus Photography to popular restaurants like Chiringo. Besides the shops and eateries, Grayton Beach’s outdoorsy scene attracts a number of adventurers. The beach is perfect for swimming and sunbathing, while Western Lake is great for paddle boarding and fishing. Be sure to also check out the other nearby 30A beach towns such as Seaside, Blue Mountain Beach, and Rosemary Beach.
