Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note that bikes are not provided. Guests may rent them through our preferred vendor, LIV Adventures.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house is beautiful and very clean. It is in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to the beach (about 10-12 minutes). It is also near coffee, ice cream shop, a cafe, and an Italian Restaurant.
Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again.

We really liked this house. It is very nice, new, and clean. It’s also very spacious - plenty of room for larger families/groups. The neighborhood is nice and the pool is large and clean.We rented a golf cart which made travel to the beach super easy. It is definitely walkable but far enough that I wouldn’t want to do it especially with kids.Our only constructive feedback would be that the property could be better stocked with some essentials. Most rentals I’ve stayed at have things like coffee filters, sugar, etc. We had to buy quite a few non perishable basics.Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend this property!

This was the first time we’d been to 30A/Blue Mountain Beach. It was such a nice getaway for us. The house was absolutely gorgeous! Very spacious. We had no complaints. We definitely want to come back sometime and stay at the same house! All I can say is WOW!

Overall this was a great place to stay! Beautiful well kept home , all the amenities you could ask for. Close to the beach and beautiful surroundings. Wish we could have had a legitimate grill to cook out and enjoy the outside , it has a flat top griddle but obviously not the same. 4.5 out of 5 for that reason. Would love to book again some day.

My only complaint is the directions for entering. The app and address takes you to an “owners entrance”. We were lucky that a neighbor let us in. You should Google the restaurant “mimmios “ for the guest entrance, as it is very confusing.

This house was better than anticipated! Beautiful, spacious, clean. We had 7 graduated senior girls and 3 moms in our party and we were all very comfortable. The neighborhood is also beautiful and well kept. We rented a golf cart for back and forth to the beach. There are many restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, etc. within walking distance. Mimmo's (just outside of the neighborhood gate.) was legit Italian... maybe the best Italian I have ever had! Can't say enough about our vacation... except we all hated for it to end!

Brand new, very clean! Lots of nice seating in the main dining area and kitchen. The location is just outside of Seaside, quiet and a mile from the beach but during busy times of the year anticipate heavy traffic to other areas. Had a problem with the washing machine but maintenance was very responsive to figure out the problem. I would suggest a Golf Cart and Cruiser Bikes supplied to guests for getting around town. Also beware navigation will take you to a gate to enter but is not allowable. It is only an exit gate so this can be confusing in trying to locate the property. Overall I would stay again.

This is a beautiful clean home. All 10 of us, ages 5 months to 63, had plenty of space throughout the entire home. The kitchen was a hot spot for my family after swimming at the local community pool or beach. It comes with a private outdoor shower which is convenient to wash any and all excess sand off. Back patio is a really nice area to relax or chill while someone grills. Beds and pillows are so comfortable.
After reading the reviews, before booking this home, we set our gps for Mimmo's 30a Restaurant, so that it would take us to the visitors gate. Otherwise, it will take you to the owners gate and you will not be able to enter that gate.
This home is in the prefect location. Blue Mountain Beach is only a 0.6 mile drive. It's a great beach for any age. Small children will have shallow areas to play and teenagers will have the perfect waves to jump. It's only 15 miles from Destin and 20/25 miles from Pier Park in Panama.

The place is immaculate. Super clean and elegant and all the furniture are new and modern. Color scheme of the whole place works and floors look great. Loved the island that contains the range and the dining room table, which fits, 10 people, is great for having everyone eating at the table. There were tons of bath towels to use. All appliances looked new and all usable with no issues. There was even a nice outdoor grill area with a griddle, which we used. There is also an outdoor shower (covered) to wash your body off before entering the home. Only things to call out is that you need to enter using the west gate entrance (just enter Mimmo's 30A Italian Restaurant on google maps). This place is close to the east gate, which you are able to use to exit your car but not enter. Also you have to walk almost 4 blocks to the community pool. The closest beach is the Old Mountain Beach and its about a 10 minute walk south. It's not a bad walk and you'll get there in no time. I would definately stay here again. Very enjoyable and clean place.

This was a new construction home in The Village at Blue Mountain beach. Gated community with a pool and workout room near the pool. The home was setup with an open kitchen, with large dining table and family room all in one on the bottom floor. On the second floor we’re 4 bedrooms. One with large bunk beds an adjoining bathroom into another bedroom. The other two bedrooms could both be considered master bedrooms. Both had their own bathrooms. The house also had a grill with a built in bbq area in back. The grill was complicated to get lit (came with its own page of instructions) and was frustrating when trying to start it. The problem is you can’t see when it’s lit or not.
The location is convenient on 30A. Not far from public beaches, shopping and restaurants. The one con is with the entrance to the neighborhood. There are gates on either side of the neighborhood but only one can be used by guests. This Home happens to sit right next to the gate that cannot be used by guests. This is a small pain when entering and exiting the neighborhood but over the course of several days was frustrating. The name and theme of the home came with small gifts. Likely playing on the owners cajun roots. We enjoyed the jambalaya and we’re comfortable in the home.
