Enjoy the cozy comfort of this Gulf-side home located in Seawalk Circle in the heart of Seagrove Beach. A short walk to the beach access and a large private pool make Dolphin House ideal for a family looking for a memorable vacation. This nicely decorated 3-bed, 3-bath beach house will please the entire family.

You'll be surrounded by modern updates at Dolphin House. Open-concept living at its finest with a gas fireplace and surround sound in the living room and sparkling white kitchen. The living area opens up to the back patio with gas grill and additional seating for dining or lounging. And you can't forget the private pool. Soak up the sun in the gorgeous pool on days you just don't feel like dealing with the sand from the beach.

Off the front door is bedroom 1 with a full-over-twin bunk (and trundle bed) with TV and attached full bathroom. The bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. On the main floor you will also find a washer and dryer. The 2nd floor features 2 more bedrooms - both with private bathrooms. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV and access to a small private balcony. Next door is the spacious master with walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom features a large and luxurious separate shower plus whirlpool tub. Off the master suite you'll find access to the large balcony. The screened in portion is wonderfully shaded with a daybed - perfect for reading or even a quick nap. Around the corner you can catch some more Florida sunshine on the large open-air deck.

Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right outside your front door. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Great property and location

House and pool were great and perfect location for beach. Here’s what you need to know….No beach towels or chairs so you will have to bring.Just enough essentials to get you through a day or 2, you will need toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap The kitchen is well equipped tons of dishes, glasses 2 blenders pans and bowls but there is no cabinet space for food so you will need to leave on counter. I have dealt with Benchmark in the past and they have always been sub par. This time they were excellent! Great communication and prompt attention to any issues or questions. We were even able to check in early. We would have NO hesitation on renting Dolphin house again.

We had no issues and our children loved being able to swim. The house is a few minutes from the beach and it was so convenient. We had a minor plumbing issue and maintenance was very quick to address it and get it fixed. It was our first visit to 30A and loved the location of this house, we hope to go back in future years!

Cute house with great beach access

We loved the house and had wonderful weather. We were able to go to and from the house/Beach easily with a 3 year old and 5 month old (multiple naps). We had a really great time and will not deduct any stars for this but want to share with other families who have young kids. We came during spring break. It was for a wedding so we couldn’t get around it. The amount of teenagers and college kids along the streets and seaside area made things very crowded and I’m sure louder than normal. If you’re able to avoid spring break, do that! I was young once and don’t fault them for being kids, but it just gave us a different family experience because of the overcrowded streets and loud cars. But please know the house was perfect!!

More like a 4.8, but great nonetheless

The location of the property is wonderful. A short walk to the beach, the private pool, and the cleanliness of the house were some of my favorite features of this property. We had an issue with the washing machine that was literally resolved within a couple of hours by the property management team. Their response time was top notch. My only complaint would be the lack of kitchenware for preparing food (i.e. knives, etc.). The knives at the house were very dull and almost unusable. Attempting to skin and filet red snapper took forever due to the tools available. If you love to cook like I do, bring your own tools! The house accommodated 8 adults pretty comfortably. Overall, a great experience!

No gulf view. No noise issues from facing 30-A. Felt secluded and private. Well stocked and appointed kitchen. MBR ceiling fan didn’t provide much relief at all. Pool needed attention - was not vacuumed at beginning of stay and turned green/cloudy by end of stay. We were unable to use it for last three days of the week. Would consider renting at this location again.

Even though VRBO site and Benchmark’s website listed pool could be heated for additional cost, it required multiple phone calls to get pool heated. We were initially told it could not be heated because of chlorine shortage even though almost every other company was heating their pools. Almost impossible to use grill and pool at night because of very few outside lights and no lights in pool

Not a bad walk to beach. House is right on 30A so you do get some road noise. The remote for TV in den takes a engineer to figure out. Never did get it to play music?? Outdoor fan off Master bedroom does not work....would have been nice in the evenings. Only problem we had was with rental company. We arrived at house 15 min before check in. We had groceries and a 10 month old baby and asked if it was possible to gain access. Instead of just saying I am sorry but policy says you cannot they came up with this excuse of house needing repairs and that was why we could not get in?? Not sure about what repairs and no one ever came to house to make repairs. Outside of that I would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The home was up to date and very clean. I would note a few things that were a bit of a surprise to us when we arrived. 1. The pool appeared to be nearly full size in the photos. It is not. It is <5ft deep in the deep end and on the smaller side. Fortunately we don't have a huge family and it worked out but nonetheless, it was not what we were expecting. 2. The pool is in the front of the home. You are swimming in the pool and looking at the street. There is a fence around the pool but it does still feel a bit exposed. There was a lot of construction on the street and many workers so if you are looking for the utmost privacy for your swim time, this is not the place. 3. There is ongoing construction on two homes on the street (which is a short street and ends in a culdesac). during the day this equals noise. 4. This home is directly on 30A. There is road noise. 5. The master bedroom is upstairs. If you don't want to climb stairs to the bedroom you may want to consider other options. Despite these "surprises" we had a wonderful time and this really was one of the nicest and cleanest places we have ever stayed.

The house is decorated very tastefully with beach theme. Plenty of seating in the living room. Nice size bedrooms and baths. Plenty of closet space. The only negative is that the home is right on 30A so it is a bit noisy if you're out by the pool or on the balconies. Inside it is amazingly quiet so that is a plus. The other issue is hopefully a temporary one. There are several homes in various stages of construction on Seawalk Circle so there was a constant parade of construction vehicles and delivery trucks plus load music occasionally from the work crews. I noted that the homes were under construction when I check out the home in Oct '21 and figured that they would be completed within the year but still ongoing in late Sept '22. Hopefully the construction will wrap up soon!
