Perfect location to walk or bike too many things. Beautiful views of the ocean from the second and third floor balconies. Just steps to the beautiful, uncrowded private beach.

Great Place at the Beach

This property was great; plenty of space; great decks and views; comfy beds; great response from managers at Oversee when we had questions. We really enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella every day, and the bikes were great to have too. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect Location

Location was perfect! House is a perfect location to the beach and everything else on 30A. We loved it there! If I were being picky, I’d only say that some dusting could be touched up, and some brighter lighting in the bathrooms. Other than that, it was great for our family!

Private beach with consummate beach cottage.

Great beach house as described in listing. Exceptional private beach access and beautiful beach with wonderful ocean views from balconies. Our family really enjoyed the pool but did spend most of our time on the beach which was great for two grandchildren ages 3 and almost 1. We cooked most all of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. We would definitely looked to stay here again.

Love the location!

We’ve previously stayed at this property, as well as the house next door. It’s a great location to restaurants and shoppes we enjoy. And you can’t beat the proximity to the beach! We appreciate the small, gated neighborhood for ease of coming and going, and security. The house is very clean! We did have an issue with a few “water bugs” in the family room area…..assuming it was due to some rain….and maybe needed a better seal around the entry door? Overall: wonderful!

Great house-worked well for our group of 9.

The house was great for our group of 9. The walkway to the beach is just outside the front door. Little ones loved the pool. We cooked at home several times to avoid the crowds and the expense. Kitchen is fairly well stocked. Not spice or condiments of any kind so bring those if you plans to cook.

December 2020 Stay

What a great location and property for our holiday vacation! Quiet beaches, great restaurants across the street or donuts and our favorite seafood store just down the street! The home is a classic beach house about location and family time outside. The beds are comfortable and it has the basic necessities needed for cooking. The management company does a great job from responding to providing the basics at the house. There were plenty of towels which was a plus in my book! Thank you for making the holiday a great one! 30A is the best stocking stuffer ever!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the gated community and semi private pool. However the walk to the beach is slightly misleading. Never visited this section of Emerald coast and so you have the long boardwalk to reach the beach plus the stair climb we weren’t expecting. Don’t bring a wagon to transport beach necessities! The house overall was nice but just needs a few tweaks for the value to equal the nightly rate.
