30Astrella Del Mar comes with a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances and a cozy coffee nook to meet your needs for meal prep and snacks. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas on the main level allow plenty of room to settle in. On the second floor you will discover four generously sized bedrooms, including two primary suites, each featuring their own ensuite bathroom and smart TVs. For those seeking sunrises, sunsets, and breathtaking views the third level has a balcony to catch glimpses of the Emerald Coast. The backyard oasis has the perfect setting to relax outside with a private pool which can be heated, space to play yard games, or unwind under the beautiful oaks natural to Seagrove Beach.

Great stay!

We had such a great experience! The house and amenities were exactly as listed, the house was clean, and in a great location with just a short walk to the beach. The house actually came with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and beach towels which was great. It was also very toddler friendly with a crib, outlet covers, and toys and books. Couldn’t recommend enough.

July 4th Holiday in Seagrove Beach.

This spacious, tastefully decorated house in the quiet Seagrove Beach community was ideal for our July family vacation. The pool was a big hit with the grandkids.The very short walk to the private beach made this a perfect location. The beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys in the pool area were an added bonus. We greatly appreciated the "Welcome" gift provided by Sandpiper for this holiday weekend...thank you!

We had a great time…3 moms and 6 teen boys. Lots of room. Comfortable beds. Screened in pool and porch are awesome (pool is $50 to heat per day). Beach access is easy. Property managers are quick on communication.

Quick summer trip

We were looking for a quick 4 day trip for our family of six. We like to stay in Watersound as it’s quiet, has pool and neighborhood is adjacent to the beach. We couldn’t find anything that didn’t break the budget and I looked high and low. We found 30Astrella Del Mar and it was perfect. On quiet side street, private beach access and a block away from public. Construction next door but really didn’t notice it. House was great, good size for our family, plenty of beds and bath, and best of all was the private pool. Not huge, however ample and gave us the ease and opportunity to take a dip whenever we wanted, early or late, that really made it. House was cute. Nicely decorated, and clean. We had a great time. Wish we had another day or two to spend there. Thanks!
