Our 4th floor balcony overlooking the Gulf is the perfect place to relax and start your day with a cup of coffee, or enjoy beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine. Our low rise building only has two units per floor. Enjoy secure parking in our gated complex with ample parking. A convenient elevator takes you right to your front door!

Beautiful and spacious open floor plan. This unit is large, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room to spread out!!

The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a large central kitchen island, and an ample pantry.

The dining area has a farm table with seating for eight, plus three stools at the island. Great space for dining, gathering, playing games or a work surface if you're bringing a little bit of the office with you. Zoom calls? No problem! The unit was updated to high speed fiber optic internet in 2024.

The family room has a comfortable slipcovered sofa and chairs, and 60” smart TV with DirectStreaming.

The oversized balcony spans the entire front of the condo, with two comfortable chairs in the sitting area, and a bar height table with four chairs on the other end. Enjoy a view of the beautiful community pool, as well as our scenic view of the Gulf.

The enormous Master Bedroom has a king size bed with a sitting area, two large closets and a flat screen TV. The large master bath has a jetted tub, two separate sink vanity areas, private commode.

The beautifully furnished front guest bedroom has a king size bed with private bath and Flat Screen TV.

The 3rd bedroom has two full size beds with attached bathroom. This room also has a flat screen TV.

Large laundry room completes this unit with full size washer and dryer. In the hall closet, we provide four beach towels, six beach chairs and an umbrella for your use.

The Villas at Seagrove Beach have a secure, gated entrance with parking provided, and a large elevator for convenient move-ins. The olympic sized community swimming pool also offers a bathroom facility. * Eyes Above the Waves Condo has a security camera on our front door/ elevator.*

The property sits directly on 30A in an area that curves in very close to the beach. The gated access to our private beach is directly across the street and the beach is less than 100 yards away. A beautiful, relaxing beach that doesn’t get as crowded as other beaches in the area. While we provide beach chairs, there is also a beach chair rental service on the beach that you can reserve weekly or daily. There is a nice little restaurant, hair salon and boutique next door to our condo.

We are located 2 miles from the shopping and dining of Seaside to our west and the new Greenway Station dining and shopping is directly to our east. Further to the east is the Big Chill (formerly the Hub) outdoor dining, entertainment and shopping center. Continue to the east to explore the cobblestone streets of Rosemary Beach. It is a very active area, with bike/running/walking path for miles along 30A.

The Villas at Seagrove Beach has banned ELECTRIC golf carts. Guests may rent GAS powered golf carts for use during their stay as long as the cart counts as one of their 2 vehicles parked on site.
