Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

This Gulf front condominium is located in Compass Point I, part of a private, gated community at Watersound Beach. Overlooking pristine white dunes and emerald waters, this unique unit has the view, space and modern amenities to make your vacation perfect.

It features a spectacular great room with views of the Gulf and spectacular dunes. Two balconies provide outdoor dining / seating space and additional views of the water and sugar white dunes.

Modern eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All china, glassware, cookware and utensils provided. A convenient work space with desk is adjacent to kitchen and living area.

Every bedroom has a view of the water. The spacious master bedroom with king bed and walk in closet has a spectacular bathroom with over-size tub, separate shower and his/her sinks.

The middle bedroom is perfect for children or another couple. It has a queen bed, double closet, full bath and comfortable sitting area overlooking the dunes.

The third bedroom is great for kids offering double bunk beds, ample closet space, and a full bath with both tub and shower.

All bedrooms have new smart TV's.

Easy access to two swimming pools is just a few steps away. The walk to the beach is just 3 minutes. We supply beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Other amenities include the Dunesider grill (adjacent to swimming pool), a yacht pond and putting green. There is access to the fitness center for a nominal fee. Garage parking and elevator access.

Watersound Beach is located between Seaside and Rosemary Beaches, convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

This unit is rented by the actual owner. There are no property managers involved.

Fabulous property

Fabulous property in a secluded and beautiful community. Steps from pool and boardwalk to beach. Views are incredible and finishes are top notch. Family Vacation

We had a marvelous stay at Watersound. The property is lovely with easy access to the beach. The views are beautiful. The abundant supply of chairs, towels, beach toys were very appreciated. Even through Tropical Storm Helene, we had a great time introducing our four year grandkids to the wonders of beach life and all the available sand toys helped. Thank you!

We loved the view and accommodations, absolutely beautiful. This listing is on the third floor, so the dunes really are just that tall and magnificent. We were not sad about a rainy day because we could enjoy watching the lightning out over the dunes and ocean. Beautiful scenic drive in the neighborhood. Great having pizza within a reasonable walking distance. Picturesque.The beach equipment cage underneath the building is nice and spacious. Lots of room for your own personal equipment.Guests are NOT allowed to rent a golf cart, and it's difficult to get 60yo parents and infants out to the beach without one. It's easy to underestimate the walk from the door to the shore just from looking at a map. Be ready to walk 10 minutes to avoid stairs or to navigate 4 flights of boardwalk stairs each way.Unfortunately, the local lake overflow dumps out near the beachfront. We'd have beautiful turquoise waters in the early morning but later mornings the overflow would pour into the ocean and the currents would carry the rusty brown water. The current mostly brought the overflow down-current to our shoreline, but on the last day the current was the opposite direction and carried it away. Really just the luck of the draw unfortunately.

Wonderful home and truly amazing location - with spectacular views and excellent appointments. Super convenient access to both the pool and boardwalk to beach. Lovely, comfortable furnishings, both adult bedrooms have great views and lots of space. Great parking and access, would rent in the future without reservation.

Piece of paradise

We have stayed in this condo for 3 years and already booked for next year! Love the serenity here and the location is great-close enough to bike east or west to restaurants, shops, etc. The view of the white sand beaches is to die for and having 3BR/3BA is perfect for us. See you next year!

Perfect location and views!

We absolutely loved our stay at this WaterSound condo. The gated community was close to the beach and pool, and we were able watch the sunset each evening from the balcony overlooking the dunes and beach. It was also the perfect location for everything on 30A. We were close to the Hub, Seaside, Alys, The Donut Hut. It was the ideal spot. Just what we were looking for for our family!

Perfect location for family vacation!

Everything about this condo was perfect! Plenty of space in the living and dining room for all 7 members of our family. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. The location and views were wonderful. Right across the parking lot from a great pool and the boardwalk to the beautiful private beach, with plenty of room to set up your own chairs and umbrellas or use beach chair service if you prefer. Jeannie, the owner, was great to work with and very responsive to all of my questions. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect Getaway!

Highly recommend! A friend and I did a quick 2 night getaway for New Years Eve in this lovely condo. The unit was super clean and beautifully furnished. The large dunes provide a wonderful feeling of seclusion, yet you can still see the water between the dunes and have only a short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. All communications with the owner were pleasant and timely. Would definitely return!

Perfect Girls Trip

My girlfriends and I came to Watersound to celebrate our 40th birthday. We couldn't ask for a better place to relax and enjoy the Florida coast and 30A. The condo is beautiful and the views of the dunes and ocean are amazing. The bedrooms are spacious and so comfortable. We spent our evenings in the huge living room chatting, watching TV and enjoying the amazing sunset views! It was also great to be so close to the beach and several pools. The entire complex and grounds are immaculately maintained. We would absolutely return to enjoy this rental again and again!

We felt like we were on a movie set!

BIG thanks to Jeannie and Greg for sharing their fairy-tale home with us! Somehow this place strikes a balance between crisp, clean & clear with warm, cozy & inviting! We had a wonderful time. The Watersound community was like being on a movie set! We met wonderful people and enjoyed EVERY SINGLE aspect of this stay. The pools, the beach, the dunes, the boardwalks, the view from inside, the safety, the remarkably clean garage, the comfortable living space...we loved it ALL! Extra bonus was meeting Gracie Mae (sorry if that's the wrong spelling)! We wished we could stay longer...like forever!

amazing condo with wonderful views on a beautiful beach

We stayed in the condo for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our experience! The pictures do not do the condo justice ... the space is very large and very open. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed having access to the beach chairs and other equipment (chair service is available if you don't want to carry your own down to the beach). I can't say enough about the views, the quick access to the beach, and the community in general. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and it was not crowded at all since we beat the summer crowds. It was very clean and the water was clear. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool, but were there before the poolside restaurant opened for the season so we can't comment on that. Jeannie was easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. We did not have any trouble with access, parking, etc. She also gave us great restaurant recs in advance, and more were included in the welcome binder.
