Situated above the crystal-clear turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, our third-floor condo occupies the west corner of Building A. Enjoy swimming in emerald waters, strolling the sugary white beach, watching dolphins and diving pelicans, and marveling over endless sunsets. Located on scenic 30A, called the Hamptons of the Southeast (by WSJ) for its upscale restaurants and beautiful local scenery!

Enjoy your breakfast, lunch, dinner or evening cocktails on your private balcony. You’ll find everything you need in your gourmet kitchen replete with a SubZero refrigerator stand alone ice machine new oven and Gas cooktop. Relax by the gulf-front, heated infinity-edge pool or play in the 8,000 square foot, three-tiered pool with fountain and hot tub. Work out those tired muscles in Adagio’s fitness center. Take advantage of full on-site beach services and spend the day under an umbrella or building sand castles. Enjoy two bikes waiting for you to cruise Scenic 30A’s 20+ mile riding trail.
For those nights when you’d rather stay in, grill your favorites on gas grills located throughout the property.

Just 5 miles west of Seaside and 12 miles west of Rosemary Beach in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach on scenic 30A.
On-site gym, open 7 am to 10 pm. Hot Tub by gym. Renters must be 25 or older, no chaperoned groups.
The Beach Chair service is available but not included. We recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is extremely limited. The sooner you book the beach chair service, the better your position will be on the beach. It is 52 steps down to the beach and there are showers at the top of the steps to rinse off sand!
RESTRICTIONS:
Ten people per condo limit per HOA rules (two years and under not counted in the total).
No trailers, boats, jet skis, golf carts or RV's. No pets per HOA. Tents are not allowed on beach.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
