Directly on the beach with easy access to the private beach walkover and the gulf front pool, Adagio B201 has been upgraded to YFAB's five-star standards. Wood-look luxury tile in the bedrooms gives a clean, updated look to this gulf front condo.
You will enjoy the extra light of an end unit plus easy access both by elevator and stairway. This 2200 square foot four bedroom condo with three baths has plenty of space for your family's beach front vacation.

Well-stocked kitchen with NEW refrigerator plus microwave, stove, oven, updated dishes/pots and pans, blender and crock pot. There is a regular coffee maker plus a Keurig-type coffee maker. YFAB provides your first roll of paper towels, hand soap by sink, dish washing detergent and dish washing liquid. Stand alone ICE MAKER and all of YFAB'S condos have a robust mixer for smoothies and fruity drinks!

Three bathrooms generously stocked with 100% cotton towels, hand soaps, shower soaps, hair dryer and starter supply of paper goods (two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom).
Free WIFI
Two parking spaces ONLY per condo HOA rules. One marked spot in the underground parking garage plus a second spot outside that is not marked. A third spot may be purchased from the HOA upon arrival.
YFAB provides two bike rentals for the week for our guests. Beach chair service is available but not included.
Restrictions: RV's, golf carts, boats and trailers are not permitted.
Must be 25 or older to rent the condo, we do not rent to chaperoned groups.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.
Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
A $199 administrative fee will apply to all cancellations.
All bookings made on VRBO will incur a traveler fee billed by Homeaway which will show as a separate charge.
Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks. We DO NOT accept American Express.
Check-in is 4 PM, Check-out is 10 AM.
