Upstairs features the master suite with a king size bed, a 50' TV, a private balcony. Double bathroom vanity and spa shower. The guest bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably with queen and a twin bunk bed. 50" TV. 1 car garage and driveway. Plenty of parking and storage. Parking passes and beach passes are required.

Great condo in a great location

We stayed there for 1 week. The condo was beautiful and the kitchen was set up well. We had a beautiful, gated pool right outside. It was maybe a 3 minute walk to the private beach. Definitely would come back!:-)

Great property steps away from the beach and a short walk/drive to seaside, rosemary etc. Quick response time and great communication with property manager. Exactly as advertised online. Great stay, would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

A Couple Weeks in Paradise

We love the Emerald Hill location in Seagrove Beach! This particular unit is our favorite having vacationed here for years. Recently updated, it has everything one needs for a comfortable respite from everyday living. With beautiful and functional amenities, our stay was effortless. And, the hosts are top notch and always available and responsive to questions that arise.We’ll be back for our next beach adventure for sure. Great little gem

This rental had everything needed for a week at the beach. It was spacious, comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend and would stay again when back on this side of Santa Rosa. We especially liked having beach service at this private community.

Best of all worlds along 30A

Lovely townhome, nicely updated and super clean throughout. Owner is very responsive and eager to please! Beach is very quiet and private, which was a welcome pace and change from the busier beaches along 30A. We will come back!

Birthday Beach Trip

We chose this property because we love that location. The unit was clean and having access to a garage was a big bonus. The management was responsive when we didn't have hot water upon our arrival. Only negatives were the internet was in and out and there was construction on the unit next door and on the beach access walkway during our stay.

Spring Break

Location and beach were perfect! Complex was quiet and clean. Would be nice to have a disposal in the kitchen. Knives need to be sharpened or replaced. Cooked in, more than ate out, so that was a hassle. Also, disappointed that we could not enjoy the HUGE jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom.

Great Condo and Excellent Location

We just spent a week at this property and it was a fantastic trip. The location is hard to beat. The walk from the condo to the beach might be a couple hundred feet. The section of beach the condo is on is absolutely amazing. Its limited to people staying at Emerald Hill and the complex had a really nice security guard out there everyday to keep people from spilling over from the neighboring complexes. Just looking up and down the beach from us, it looked like we had one of the least crowded sections I could see. This was the first condo we have stayed at in Florida that had a proper garage and it was really nice to be able to dump off all of our beach stuff there at the end of the day. The condo was well furnished and was a nice place to relax at the end of the day.

Room for Improvement

We understand the units were older and we knew this going in but we were disappointed with how this unit was being or not being maintained. In our opinion someone has decided to only do the minimum to get this unit rented out. Furniture is dingy, outdated, uncomfortable. Unit needs simple updating and some TLC starting in the garage and working your way up. With that being said the location to the beach is why we chose to stay here and we definitely enjoyed that.

Nearly perfect

This condo was clean, close to the ocean, and convenient to the pool. The beds were comfy, and linens were clean. The only problem we had was that the living room and deck furniture were very uncomfortable. They had just replaced the deck furniture, and it was nice looking, but not at all comfortable to sit on. The living room couch was fine, but they really need a couple comfy chairs instead of all the wicker. Even my little ones didn't want to sit on the wicker stuff. The only other issue was the toaster oven. We never got it to actually toast anything. The outside got hot- it felt dangerously hot- but it wouldn't toast bagels on any setting. A regular toaster would have been appreciated. Neither of these issues were enough to report during our stay. Overall, the condo was great for the price!

Beware

We’ve stayed at this property a couple times. The first time we noticed the floors were filthy, the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed, and the bathrooms had hair all over. All of the four sliding glass doors also did not latch. I contacted the owner/host after we stayed there and asked that she have someone fix the sliding glass doors so they would latch because we wanted to come back and stay. She said she would have them fixed and acted like it was no problem. When we came back a few months later they still didn’t latch which is obviously a safety hazard for children when it’s two and three floors up. I messaged her about it and she first said that she had someone fix them but then claimed it was the first time she heard about the doors not latching. I sent her a screenshot of our conversation months ago and she never replied. This time we stayed, the floors and carpets were still filthy, the doors didn’t latch, and the front door keypad broke the day after we arrived so we had to enter and exit through the garage the whole time. I told the owner all of these things and she waited until the day before we left to send someone at 8am on a Saturday to look at the door despite me asking her to wait a day until we left. We love the location but there are many rental options in the same location that are cleaner and better kept. Read the reviews before you book and you’ll know what to expect. The plumbing is also in need of attention as all of the toilets barely flush and all of the drains slowly/barely drain. This place needs a lot of attention and the owner isn’t willing to do anything.

Steps from the beach !

We have stayed at Emerald Hill two different times. It is literally just steps to the ocean! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The beach is one of the best in the area. It’s not over crowded like some of the others. The unit itself is nicely decorated and the furniture (including the beds) is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need , even hotdog tongs. We had an excellent trip (4 adults ) and would definitely stay here again !

Road Trip

When booking a place on 30A we weren’t sure where the most ideal place to stay would be but this turned out to be perfect! Glad we had direct beach access which made it easier to go to and from the beach as we pleased with all our gear for our toddler. The unit was well maintained and had all the things we needed to feel at home. The master bedroom and bathroom were impressive. I appreciated the full length mirrors! My son loved the bunk beds and all beds were super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again or recommend to anyone going to Seaside.

Love this condo

This is our second time to this property with our family of 4, and we love it so much. The location for us is perfect with easy beach access and then the easy bike ride into Seaside and beyond. Just lovely. Yes it can be a busy area but there is a reserved beach space (which is enforced!). The condo had everything we needed, and we did a lot of cooking etc. Wifi can be spotty at times but no big deal for us. We got into the area a little early because of some big storms we were trying to avoid and were so thankful to be able to check in early. That was very helpful to us. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
