Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on one of two balconies. Relax in this beautifully decorated 1,450 sq feet sprawling 3-story condo. The open, bright 1st level features a kitchen, dining area, 70' smart TV and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs and the separate laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, for your convenience. Upstairs features the master suite with a king size bed, a 50' TV, a private balcony. Double bathroom vanity and spa shower. The guest bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably with queen and a twin bunk bed. 50" TV. 1 car garage and driveway. Plenty of parking and storage. Parking passes and beach passes are required.
Relax and enjoy the beauty of the Emerald Coast just steps away. Enjoy SUP, swimming, kayaking, fishing, and more. Walk, bike or drive to shopping, and restaurants in both directions. Always seasonal festivities in Seaside or nearby Destin, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Watersound, Inlet Beach, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Golf, tennis, pickleball, marina, outlet shopping mall(s), movie theaters, axe throwing, escape room, mini golf and go carts are all a short drive away. Whether you desire relaxing in peaceful tranquility or ramping up with fun-filled activities, you picked the right spot!

Perfect place to stay! Quick walk to the beach. Short bike ride to Seaside. Short drive to Publix for groceries and a Pub Sub. Very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again.

Great comfortable townhouse just a tiny walk to the beach. It was clean and all essentials were provided, plus a washer and dryer, which is an absolute must for a family of 6. The attached garage was very convenient to hold all the beach toys so we didn’t track sand everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great condo in a great location

We stayed there for 1 week. The condo was beautiful and the kitchen was set up well. We had a beautiful, gated pool right outside. It was maybe a 3 minute walk to the private beach. Definitely would come back!:-)

Awesome stay!

Great property steps away from the beach and a short walk/drive to seaside, rosemary etc. Quick response time and great communication with property manager. Exactly as advertised online. Great stay, would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Great Vacation

The condo was very nice and in a great location. We enjoyed the private beach access and the pool. The additional fees were quite excessive, but all in all it was a great vacation.
