WE HAVE A PRIVATE BEACH FOR OUR GUESTS ONLY with beach chairs and umbrellas set up for you every morning in season.
BEACHCREST IS VERY FAMILY ORIENTED!!!
PROBABLY OUR BEST SELLING POINT IS OUR LOCATION!!!!! We are right in the middle of Watercolor, Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Rosemary Beach, Destin and Panama City!!!!
Our condo has been described by many of our guests as having the feeling of their "home away from home". THE CONDO HAS BEEN TOTALLY REDONE WITH NEW KITCHEN, NEW FLOORING, NEW DOORS AND TRIM AND ALL FRESHLY PAINTED in November of 2024. Both bedrooms have new bedroom sets and a new master bath/shower and tub. Great place for families. HEATED POOL. THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME WITH SO MUCH TO DO; BUT ONCE YOU ARRIVE YOU WILL WANT TO go to beach and stay there. ONLY ONE MILE FROM SEASIDE'S grassy Amphitheater offering a 'Calendar of Events' including concerts, movies and theater performances, open market shopping. WONDERFUL UNIQUE SHOPS IN SEASIDE (go into Ruskin at Seaside).
Lots of eateries in SEASIDE including the airstream eateries right on 30A. Drive 15 minutes east to Panama City Beach or 20 minutes west to Destin. Across the street from OUR CONDO you have a lovely boutique, local jewelry design shop, a Salon, a bike rental shop. Seafood Market and a natural food restaurant. One mile to the ever popular 'Bud 'n Alleys', Cafe 30A (IN SEASIDE) (a noted Class A Cuisine) and offers great views! You can't miss the Florida Fish House(dueling piano night is the best). Blue Mabel, The Seagrove Market Cafe, The Shunk Gulley,
One of the best seafood markets is just a block away (Goatfeathers) and they will prepare your shrimp for you. There are 6 State Parks . There is a 'bike shop' across the street and there are endless bike paths all along 30A. Publix grocery store less than half mile away (will also prepare seafood for you). Lots of art includes all types of jewelry, painting, furniture, accessories for the home. TRULY SOME OF THE MOST UNIQUE ART MINDS ARE HERE.
Every Saturday is the Farmers Market in Seaside and on Sundays there is a Farmers Market in Rosemary Beach. (lots of special finds ie: creams from Africa, homemade candles and soaps, jewelry, jellies, spices, homemade breads and pastries...and SO MUCH MORE! FRESH FRUIT AND VEGETABLES FROM LOCAL FARMERS!!!
Antique shops everywhere with some wonderful 'finds'.
Double sliding glass doors open to the gulf from your family room and the master bedroom...The sounds of the waves are 'music to your ears'. Truly the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets (FROM YOUR BALCONY) you will ever experience.
Sometimes you can see a dolphin show....also right from your balcony.
The turquoise water and white sandy beach make sunbathing and sea shelling so much fun. You can fish from the beach or visit the many local lake 'fishing holes'. You won't find nicer golf courses than what you have here. A WONDERFUL grilling area just next to the heated pool with new gas grills and picnic tables. Wireless internet.
Beachcrest has a parking lot right in front of the building. There is a bike rack on the parking lot and plenty of carts for easy 'moving in' to the condo. Two elevators and an open entrance provide plenty of room for your arrival with luggage racks to help you get your things to the condo.
THIS IS TOTAL NON SMOKING PROPERTY...NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The beach views are phenomenal and the location is perfect. We were able to walk to café 30A across the street, the perfect pig, Seagrove market Café, and even a convenience store. You are a very close drive to all the other locations on 30A as well. The bed was comfortable and the unit was well equipped for what we needed.

We had a wonderful time! So many good features: easy to find the condo, easy parking, efficient elevators, warm pool, beach chairs were comfortable and the umbrella was helpful. The unit was decorated nicely and the deck was wonderful to see the beautiful ocean views. It was great that there were a few grocery stores close. We also enjoyed discovering fun local restaurants. We would definitely return.

My husband and I live in Illinois. We have 4 grandbabies and 3 children. We have done a lot of travelling in our 46 years of marriage and found Seagrove Beach to be our 'favorite spot' when deciding to buy a 'home away from home' . The white sandy beaches and the aqua waters always amaze us. Beachcrest is the kind of place you want to take your family and feel safe everywhere you go. Last Easter we spent there with our children and grandchildren and had a picnic on the beach. There is so much to do in the area and yet we find such serenity and peace there.....with not having to even leave our balcony. Seagrove Beach is a very quiet spot and only 1 mile from the lovely cottage community of Seaside (providing lots of things to do). With Destin and Panama City (either one is less than 20 minutes away) being so close........it also offers lots of activity if you want to 'explore' those areas while you are here. SEASIDE is only a mile away and we bike there (and Watercolor and Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach and Watersound Beach) all the time and Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain are also very close. I could just go on and on about the area.......but you must come and visit to really see the beauty of it all. AND ONCE YOU VISIT....YOU WILL RETURN (I PROMISE YOU THAT). THIS CONDO IS LOCATED ON THE FIFTH FLOOR.

Why they chose this property

We decided to buy a condo at Seagrove Beach because of all it has to offer. We wanted something right on the Gulf Waters without all the people and yet everything at the tip of our fingers. (sound impossible?) well, we found it!!!! Seagrove is located right in between Panama City Beach and Destin (both very busy places).....and we can just walk to Seaside (which offers so much to do and see). BUT SEAGROVE IS QUIET and you can truly have such peace and serenity there. Our balcony is one of our favorite spots and the beach is at our fingertips. We love watching the dolphins and looking for sea shells.

What makes this property unique

SEAGROVE BEACH IS THE BEST FOR OFFERING LOTS OF THINGS TO DO................BUT FEELING THE DESIRE TO DO NOTHING AT ALL. I would have to say just being right on the water with the sliders open to the ocean air is really something everyone should have the pleasure of experiencing in their lifetimes. Having your morning coffee on the balcony is absoutely delightful !!! Being there sure makes 'being in the kitchen' much more pleasureable with the view of the water!! It is so easy to find (right on 30A) and cannot be beat for 'quality' in every sense of the word...........ONCE YOU VISIT BEACHCREST AT SEAGROVE BEACH.......YOU WILL RETURN !! I PROMISE YOU THAT !!
