A Sea Shell on the Beach - great place for a beach vacation.

Location, location! 60 seconds from the beautiful white sandy beach of the Emerald Coast, no elevators or parking lots here! Unit is located next to Deer Lake State Park assuring a very private beach. You won't believe the view from all three decks.

The townhome includes covered parking for two vehicles, large living room, dining room, kitchen with snack bar, and bathroom on 1st floor. The living room offers beautiful and modern leather furniture with recliner and full thickness pull out bed. TV is 77" flat screen. The 2nd floor offers two on-suites. The primary suite includes flat screen TV, two large closets and a king-sized memory foam bed, master bath and beautiful deck overlooking the beach and ocean.
The second suite consists of a queen-sized foam mattress bed, oversized bunk beds, sleeping loft, modern deck and full bathroom with shower & tub. The large deck overlooks the Deer Lake State Park neighborhood. There is a wonderful laundry room with brand new clothes washer and dryer on the second floor where you need them. Built in closets make your stay even better than home.

The townhouse is 10 steps from a private and gated dunes walk-over leading to the beautiful white sandy beach, clear water, amazing surf, swimming in warm and shallow waters, dolphin watching, great fishing, surfing, and gorgeous sunsets. Door locks are digital for easy entry for your party.
For your safety and comfort, the entire property is gated.

Unit was amazing, location was perfect! Love having the empty private beach while areas down the beach are packed in like sardines :) close enough to get to the restaurants and shops easily but feels like you are tucked away on a private road! Will definitely return again!!!

Walton dunes

This property was such a perfect place for my family. The townhome is very nice with everything you need during your stay. The beautiful private beach is amazing wit easy access and just steps away. The area is nice and quiet and close to good food. I would definitely recommend Walton Dunes 5 and can't wait to come back.

Perfect Spot for Family

First timers to the area and were very impressed with the location. Literally steps to a very private beach and right in the middle of any attraction or restaurant you may want to go to. Space was clean, quiet and comfortable for a family of five with three kids 7 and under.

Thanksgiving stay

This property and location was excellent...much better than expected. The unit was beautifully updated and had plenty of space for our family. There is a public beach access close by which only caused minimal disruption to us riding bikes in the area. We had a great Thanksgiving weekend here!

Beautiful home on lovely beach

This was a beautiful 3 level home with great views only a very short walk to the beach. The property was very nice and the owners were easy to work with. My granddaughters and I had a lovely "girls'" trip here. The bedrooms were comfortable and everything was just perfect for us.

Great location just steps to the beach and right to the private beach. We have been to 30a many times and by far this is the best location. Tom is a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating! Would for sure stay here again!

My wife and I stayed 34 nights at this townhouse and we would rate it 5. Great location right on the beach which is gated, private and not crowded. The townhome is beautiful and quiet. Tom was a great host and always responded to any questions within 5-10 minutes.

Awesome Beach Condo

Perfect location to enjoy the view and access to the private beach. This condo is close to restaurants and shops on 30A yet in a quiet neighborhood. Condo is well-equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. We’ve already booked it again for next year.
