Great trip, great place, great hosts. The only inconvenience was that the air conditioning needed fixed which the host was not aware of until we got there. But they quickly resolved the issue.. definitely not their fault and you can tell they care about their guests experience.

The place was great; clean and easy to get in and out of. Loved being on ground level for ease of taking luggage in and out and for going to the beach and pool. Nathan was a great host and answered in a timely manner when I had questions. I recommend this place for your Seagrove stay.

This condo was the perfect place for our family of five (2 adults with 3 young boys). We appreciated the easy 1st floor access to and from the beach, pool, and the parking lot as well as the privacy of a corner unit. The condo itself was comfortable and provided adequate space for our family. Communication to the owner was fast and always responsive. This was our first trip to 30A and we were so happy that we stayed here!

Easy access to the beach and convenient to our favorite restaurants. The condo has a Beautiful back yard and is very quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay very much and Nathan was very informative!

Indoor space was great. Very close to private beach which was awesome. Seagrove is a find! Gulf was beautiful. Nits....network TV access too difficult or not available and no instructions on how to navigate to it, onsite gas grill ignitor switches broken, being a bottom unit no direct view of the beach or Gulf from unit, 4:15 AM garbage pick-up not welcome. All that said first floor access was handy and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

We loved staying here. The backward was great for the kids with the corner lot. The beach was absolutely beautiful and not crowded. We are at the perfect pig for breakfast and that was delicious, highly recommend that.

Family vacation

We came here with our family for a much needed getaway and it was AMAZING. The first floor condo was beyond perfect for a family with young kids to be able to maximize beach time to the fullest. Thank you Nathan and Misty for sharing your place , we will definitely be back!
