Home was very nice and well kept. Close proximity to Santa Rosa Beach. Neighborhood is very quiet and serene. I would recommend this home to anyone coming to this area. Host was excellent.
The house was phenomenal and the property was absolutely stunning. I was very pleased with how precise the instructions were prior to checking in. The owners were very responsive and extremely nice. What an absolute wonderful trip!
Overall we had a great trip. We had a large group of 10 in the house and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was a major perk. The beach was walkable but having a golf cart was helpful. There was plenty of beach gear and supplies for us to use which was lovely. The grill was also awesome to have on a night we ate at the beach house. Everything was cleaned and somewhat well maintained. It would have been a 5 star review if the following fixable things were in place:-more linens. Each room had two towels and two washcloths, we found ourselves doing loads of towels daily. The kitchen also only had a single hand towel so with 10 people that became dirty very quickly. -the main king room on the main level door didn’t close all the way or even close. Having a kiddo sleeping on the main level was tricky with the noise level and not being able to shut the door all the way-the shower pressure. While the multiple shower heads were esthetically pleasing they could use a deep clean, most are clogged and the water just kind of spits out. There was the same issue in each bathroom
Wonderful week at the beach on 30a! The house was perfect for our family of 10. Close to the beach access, we rented a golf cart for convenience. The kitchen was well equipped, more than what was expected was there. (Could use a blender and a vegetable peeler). Plenty of beds/baths/space for 3 couples and 4 kids! The neighborhood is not crowded and is quiet. We will be back!!

I was impressed with the interior of this property, which was cozy, bright, and luxurious, particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had everything we needed, including soap, tissue, wash rags, and towels. However, there were some drawbacks that made my family and me uncomfortable. The presence of large black and yellow spiders throughout the house from the outside made it difficult for us to enjoy the outdoors. We also found two long strands of hair on the couch and a long strand on the pillow in the upstairs master bedroom. The lack of streetlights made the area extremely dark at night, which was inconvenient. We had to eliminate a water bug in the downstairs master bedroom and another in the upstairs guest room. Furthermore, we felt that the advertisement of the twin bunk bed area was misleading, as it appeared to be in a separate room, but was actually located in the upstairs hallway without privacy or window blinds. Despite these issues, the house is beautiful but requires some adjustments.
