Great home with fast communication with owner. Home has great items available for use like bikes, kayak, paddle board, and chairs. I recommend getting the golf cart too. Would book here again

House was lovely—well-decorated and had a fully stocked kitchen. Provided beach equipment and bikes were great to have. I recommend renting the onsite golf cart for trips to beach and into town. Enjoyed being right on the walking/bike path. The beach is walkable but is a healthy walk when loaded with all your beach essentials. We enjoyed having close restaurants while avoiding the congestion of Seaside.

Catch and Relax was incredibly clean and spacious for our family. The location is perfect. We had no issues during our stay. We would definitely book and stay again. The outdoor space was perfect for evening cocktails. Thank you.

Perfect Place to Stay

If you are heading to the Santa Rosa Beach area, you won't go wrong staying at this property. Clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Excellent location just a few minutes from the beach. Awesome happy hour at Mimmosa's Italian restaurant across the street. Owner is very responsive and great to deal with. Will definitely stay here again.

Jenni was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond in helping us with our stay. She was always very fast in responding to any of our questions and very informative. The house was better than the pictures, came with everything we needed and some extras we found for the beach. My wife and I traveled with our 3 boys and there was tons of room for everyone. It was a perfect house and at a great price point. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was spacious and well-equipped — plenty of room for two families without ever feeling crowded. Everything we needed was right there.What really stood out was the owner's communication. When we had a minor issue with the A/C, they responded immediately and had someone out to fix it within a couple of hours. That kind of responsiveness makes all the difference and showed us they truly care about their guests' experience.The location was fantastic as well. We're already talking about coming back — this one is a keeper!

Family Vacation

We loved our stay at this property! The location was perfect and all of the accessories were fantastic. The host was very easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond. The pastries were delicious and a nice touch. One of the best experiences we've had with a VRBO property. We highly recommend!

Great stay for large family

Very nice house on 30A. We enjoyed a one week stay with multi-generational vacation and loved the house size and arrangement. Walkable location to public beach but loved the golf cart addition for convenience to beaches and restaurants. Nice enmities including pool and workout area. Game and books added fun to our stay. Location right on 30A so traffic awareness required.

This place is the best! Not only is it a beautiful space, but it is convenient and close to everything and the owners have thought of everything. Don’t want to post this because I feel like it’s a hidden gem and we definitely want to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at catch and relax. We had multiple adults and young children. The property had what we needed and we were aware of what we needed to bring beforehand. Easy golf cart ride to the beach and pool!

Cute house- responsive hosts

We absolutely loved our stay. The hosts communication was top notch. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and they helped me decorate and even surprised us with some fresh baked cookies! So sweet.

Great value

We had a great time on our family trip. We rented the golf cart and it was easy to drive this to the beach or to restaurants. We also took advantage of the bikes and road to Grayton Beach and Seaside several times. We had 6 adults and one child but could have comfortably fit more adults in the house.

Beautiful Vacation

What a wonderful property!! Beds are so comfortable, sofa is a nap waiting to happen. I loved the front porch swing for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Close to everything. Public beach access is close and nice. Fishing is amazing. Nothing left out.

Great property

My family and I have recently stayed at Catch N Relax.We could not have been happier with this property. It looked just like the pictures.The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, the beach access is within walking distance of 7-10 minutes.The property is a short drive from Seaside, Alys and Rosemary beach. The house comes with 6 bikes, 2 kayaks and a paddle board and a gas grill that is a big plus when you bring a bunch of kids with you. We will be happy to stay here again.

Great home, excellent location

Our family of 10 ( parents, grown children and grandchildren) had a wonderful vacation together at Catch and Relax. It was comfortable, nicely decorated, well stocked and convenient to such great places like restaurants , bakery, ice creamery and beach. I was concerned that being right on 30A would make it noisy but it was not a problem at all inside the home and the backyard was private and comfortable. We enjoyed all of the extras that were available for our use like beach chairs, toys etc. We also were glad to have the LSV. We would definitely stay here again!

Senior Spring Break

My friend and I chaperoned a group of senior boys and the house was perfect for the 5 of them and the 4 of us (plus 2 younger siblings). Location is great, just far enough from the beach for peace and quiet, but close enough to just walk down for a few hours. There is a walking path through the neighborhood (past a condo complex), but you need to find the right area of the beach (some parts are private that way). There pool was very nice and house fully stocked. The grill is giant saved looks brand new, and there were so many toys! Kayaks, paddleboard, chairs, bikes, and even sand stuff. Could not have asked for a better trip!!

We had a wonderful stay at Catch ’n Relax! The home was spacious and comfortable for our group of five adults and two teens, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We especially enjoyed the nearby pool and gym, as well as the complimentary bikes. One bike had a flat tire, but it wasn’t an issue since we weren’t using all six at the same time.The house itself was exactly what we hoped for: comfortable beds, tasteful décor, a well-equipped kitchen, and a great grill for family meals. We cooked almost every night.For beach access, we found that driving a few miles to Grayton Beach was the best option. There’s convenient parking (costs 15 per day) and a free shuttle that takes you right to the boardwalk. The beach was absolutely beautiful, less crowded than expected, and the sunsets were stunning. While there is a private beach area closer to the condos, it has more restrictions on beach setups, so Grayton Beach ended up being a better fit for us.We also highly recommend Mimmo’s for dinner. We made a reservation a couple of days in advance and had an excellent meal.Overall, we loved both the property and the area. Catch ’n Relax exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again.
