The hosts were amazing! Truly a great place. We unfortunately had a hurricane head our way during the stay and the hosts were so nice to us. They made sure we were safe and informed. The house was spotless and the perfect beach house! Will be recommending to all of our friends!
Home was very nice and well kept. Close proximity to Santa Rosa Beach. Neighborhood is very quiet and serene. I would recommend this home to anyone coming to this area. Host was excellent.
The house was phenomenal and the property was absolutely stunning. I was very pleased with how precise the instructions were prior to checking in. The owners were very responsive and extremely nice. What an absolute wonderful trip!
Wonderful week at the beach on 30a! The house was perfect for our family of 10. Close to the beach access, we rented a golf cart for convenience. The kitchen was well equipped, more than what was expected was there. (Could use a blender and a vegetable peeler). Plenty of beds/baths/space for 3 couples and 4 kids! The neighborhood is not crowded and is quiet. We will be back!!
Overall we had a great trip. We had a large group of 10 in the house and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which was a major perk. The beach was walkable but having a golf cart was helpful. There was plenty of beach gear and supplies for us to use which was lovely. The grill was also awesome to have on a night we ate at the beach house. Everything was cleaned and somewhat well maintained. It would have been a 5 star review if the following fixable things were in place:-more linens. Each room had two towels and two washcloths, we found ourselves doing loads of towels daily. The kitchen also only had a single hand towel so with 10 people that became dirty very quickly. -the main king room on the main level door didn’t close all the way or even close. Having a kiddo sleeping on the main level was tricky with the noise level and not being able to shut the door all the way-the shower pressure. While the multiple shower heads were esthetically pleasing they could use a deep clean, most are clogged and the water just kind of spits out. There was the same issue in each bathroom

I was impressed with the interior of this property, which was cozy, bright, and luxurious, particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had everything we needed, including soap, tissue, wash rags, and towels. However, there were some drawbacks that made my family and me uncomfortable. The presence of large black and yellow spiders throughout the house from the outside made it difficult for us to enjoy the outdoors. We also found two long strands of hair on the couch and a long strand on the pillow in the upstairs master bedroom. The lack of streetlights made the area extremely dark at night, which was inconvenient. We had to eliminate a water bug in the downstairs master bedroom and another in the upstairs guest room. Furthermore, we felt that the advertisement of the twin bunk bed area was misleading, as it appeared to be in a separate room, but was actually located in the upstairs hallway without privacy or window blinds. Despite these issues, the house is beautiful but requires some adjustments.
Wonderful property! We had a total of eight family members stay here for a week, July 11th to the 18th, and it was a perfect fit. Very quiet neighborhood with a very large pool/ clubhouse a block away. All rooms in the house were oversized, so you never felt cramped. Kitchen was very spacious, lots of counter space. Main dining table sat six, with five seats at the bar height kitchen counter. All bedrooms were large, great mattresses andbathrooms were over the top. One note; the bunk beds were described as in an office. They were actually in the second floor hallway between front bedrooms 2 & 3, and back bedroom 4. Worked out fine for us. There is a gas grill under a covered carport, so you can use it even if the weather is not cooperating.Even though this property actually backs up to 30A, a golf cart is highly recommended to get around, especially to the beach (3 minute ride), because of very limited parking. 30A is very easy to drive on both west to downtown Santa Rosa Beach and on to the east to other towns on 30A.Very good restaurants close by. Recommend Goat Feathers, and Shunk Gulley. This is a place we would definitely come back to. Contacted the hosts a couple of times and they were very responsive. Thanks for a great vacation home!
The location was great and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family of 9. The complex was very nice and the pool area was great. The house was close to the beach and restaurants. We would have liked the kitchen pots / pans to be a little better stocked. If you plan to cook, you might want to take whatever you need. We have 3 families and each has to cook at least one night. Fortunately we took casserole dishes for our night. When renting and while there, the host responded quickly to my questions.Overall, we loved the house and the location and would love to stay there again.
Pictures don’t do this house justice. It’s the cleanest house we have ever rented. Lots of room to move about and not be cramped. The modern design and appliances were amazing. The owners were extremely pleasant and helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to the area!
