The place was just what we wanted! Great location, great communication, great memories! 10/10 on all accounts! The beds were actually comfortable, the house had just the right amount of space for 9 people! We will be back for sure! Already planning the next visit.

We had a wonderful week with our adult children and 2 grand children. The space was very comfortable for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. We especially liked the convenient walk-in pantry and the pool was just perfect for a break from the beach. We especially appreciated the bike trailer to tote our little ones around the neighborhood. They thought it was fun!

We had a wonderful vacation!! Beautiful house with very comfortable beds!! Beautiful beaches & we loved the extra setup of chairs & umbrella closer to the water! The neighborhood was very quaint with a wonderful coffee shop & cute shopping. Everything was very clean & well kept. The house had pretty much everything we needed for our family.

Footprints in the Sand was a wonderful house is the awesome beach community of Carillon beach! This house was perfect for two families with 4 kids total. The host made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The location of this property was great and right across from the beach, which was perfect with small children. We also loved the private pool and bikes provided. We definitely will be back to this property.

Excellent location close to the beach walkover. Home was very well maintained and clean. Host was very responsive throughout the rental process. Have vacationed in Carillon for many years. Would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.

We loved everything about this property. The mattress in the bedroom on the main level probably needs replacing however, other than that, everything was very comfortable and cozy! We had a wonderful spring break there!

We had a wonderful time at Carillon Beach in this house. The pictures matched the house exactly. The pool was heated and nice to have all to ourselves. The owner, Sal, was helpful every step of the way. We would stay here again.

Beautiful home in an excellent location! We thoroughly enjoyed our week here, especially having access to the private pool. The back deck overlooking the pool was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy dinner each evening. This was our first visit to Carillon Beach, and we absolutely loved the quiet beach atmosphere and the charm of the gated community. It was also wonderful that the home included beach chairs and umbrella. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to plan another trip back soon!

This is by far the best property we have ever rented through VRBO. Sal was incredible to work with. The property was not only beautiful, but immaculate as well. It was the perfect place for our family of five. The beach was so close and serene. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we already booked a return trip for next year!

The property was perfect for our 5 adults and 2 kids. The heated pool was a hit for our 6 and 7 yo. The house was very clean and comfortable. Check in was so easy, the landlord reached out proactively to check in on us, give us info we needed and to let us know the very minimal check out procedures. We’ll likely be back. :)

We had the most wonderful week at footprints in the sand. The home is in such a great location, just a few steps away from beach. The bedding on beds were so soft that we ended up ordering the sheets and comforters for our own home. The Host was very responsive and on top of things! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Lovely house just right for our group. the private pool is a must for the 3 little children with us! Beautiful back porch off the main living area and overlooking the pool. House was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable mattresses. Very close (3 houses) to beach walkover. We would definitely book this house again.

Our stay at Footprints in the Sand for an annual couples trip was perfect! We loved the large, well appointed kitchen and huge pantry. Coffee on the back porch every morning was wonderful. We walked the neighborhood every morning and hit the beach every afternoon! Pool was perfect for the evenings. Bejar and Natalya were fantastic hosts, Carillon is a special place and we will be back!
