White Caps Inn is the perfect home for your next vacation! The large open floor plan is perfect for a big family or group of friends! The home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. The main floor has a private main floor bedroom suite with a full bathroom. The living room has a cozy gas fireplace perfect to sit around and read a good book! (queen sofa sleeper in the living room). Large dining table in the center of the house looking out to family room and kitchen. Gourmet Chefs kitchen with a HUGE center island, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and fully stocked to prepare delicious meals during your stay! The second floor has an additional king bedroom and Jack & Jill bathroom leading you to another room with 2 twin beds. Incredible Master bedroom suite with a huge private deck looking out at the palm trees! Also on the second floor is a bunk room perfect for kids! Take the spiral staircase up to the cupola for stunning ocean views!! (there is also a pull out ottoman twin bed up there for additional sleeping).
GREAT backyard with a private pool perfect for cooling off after a long day in the sun!
Carillon Beach is a private gated community on the west end of Panama City Beach. We are bound by the Gulf of Mexico to the south, Lake Powell to the west & Highway 98 to the north. It is the perfect location & atmosphere for a quiet, relaxing family vacation. The beach is one block south of the home. It takes less than a 5 minute walk and your feet are touching our Gorgeous white beaches! You have the choice between White Caps Inn's private pool, the beach, or one of Carillons three community pools, it doesn't get much better than that!
Everyone leaves White Caps Inn with wonderful memories and wanting to return next year, which explains all of our repeat guests! Please call or email Tara the property manager If you have any questions or are ready to book.

Rental includes beach service for 4 from March 1- October 31, weather permitting (4 lounges and 2 umbrellas).

The private pool is NOT heated. Accommodations can be made to heat the private pool at an additional cost of $350.00 per week.

The golf cart at the property is the Owners and can not be used by guests for liability reasons. You can rent a golf cart from Coastal Cars & Carts if desired.

*New Bathroom Updates in 2026* New Quartz countertops, sinks, faucets and toliets! Completely redone main floor bedroom bath shower, new shower floor tile and shower door. We are so exited to share our new updates with you!

The Community does charge a $37.50 fee per vehicle parked at the house.

White Caps Inn was amazing! The kids especially enjoyed the private pool and being so close to the beach. Everything was clean and Tara was an awesome host to deal with. If you ever need a host that will try to accommodate anything you need, it is her! We will definitely be staying there again!

This house was in a great neighborhood and location to the beach. We loved that we could stay in the neighborhood and walk to the beach in just a few minutes. Having a Beach wagon at the house for our use was very nice to have. Beach store and restaurants onsite were a plus as well! Would definitely rent from Tara again.

Perfect Beach Vacation!

Our family spent 2 glorious weeks at White Caps Inn and loved every minute! We have been vacationing in Carillon for years and thoroughly enjoyed the White Caps Inn. We will definitely make our reservations again for next year. The house is close to beach, plenty of bedrooms and a great pool for relaxing in after the ocean! White Caps Inn is a great place to make some memories!

We had a fantastic stay at White Caps Inn! It's a quick one-block walk to the beach, where there are four lounge chairs and two umbrellas set up til 5 pm every day. We also spent lots of time in the evening on the front porch on the comfy furniture there. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes you might need to feed a hungry crew. A little more pantry space would have been nice, but otherwise great. The king-sized bedrooms were all great, beds comfy. The bunk room was a little small for two teens, but we made it work. The only other thing we would add would be some small fans for that room and the crow's nest. Both needed a little more airflow. The pool area was lovely, but it was not quite warm enough for us to make much use of the pool itself. But we sat beside it often. All in all, it was a great stay and highly recommended!

The house was perfect for extended family, including teens. It had everything we needed for meals and relaxing in and outside of the house. The pool was great for all ages and the house has amazing access to the beach and everything the neighborhood has to offer (pools, shops, sidewalks for walking).

Our week at the White Caps Inn was a perfect week at the beach! The house is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes and pans. The floor plan is as advertised and the pool was in great condition (and much enjoyed). We are already making plans to book another week! I would definitely reccomend the White Caps Inn!

We are a family from the St. Louis, Missouri area. Our family has been vacationing at Carillon Beach for decades. We Love it so much we bought White Caps Inn beach house so that we can enjoy it more often. Three of my siblings have also purchased homes in Carillon Beach. We hope to welcome you as our guests and trust you will enjoy the home as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We were sold on the five bedrooms and private pool. The outdoor living space is phenomenal. And the fact that the house is less than a two minute walk to the beach! Carillon Beach is such a Hidden Gem! The layout of the house and all of the bedrooms makes it the perfect place for the whole family to vacation! We also loved the open floor plan and huge porches!

What makes this property unique

Our house has a usable fenced-in backyard with a private pool, That is hard to come by! We also enjoy the full size designated laundry room. In the evening we enjoy taking the spiral staircase up to the cupola and watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico! The outdoor shower at the back door is so convenient to rinse off from the beach before jumping into our private pool!
