At a spacious 3180 square feet of high-end luxury, Kindness Matters is ideal for families and boasts of several gathering/entertainment areas. The back porch and upper balcony also provide comfortable gathering/relaxing spaces for guest.

This vacation beach home overlooks Lake Carillon, and is just two house away from the Community Meeting House and the Village Green—an in-demand amenity for wedding parties.

Its central location in Carillon Beach also provides convenient access to the downtown, beach, community pools, tennis courts, and playground.

In front of the Gulf-front pool is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31). Additional beach loungers may be procured through the on-site beach service. Beach towels are provided for our guests.

KINDNESS MATTERS is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

Carillon Beach is without a doubt an invigorating retreat. Whether you relax in style or energize in fun activity, enjoy the best-kept secret around, Carillon Beach. Come and enjoy yourself. The beach is breath-taking, the emerald waters await at KINDNESS MATTERS!

PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $42.50/vehicle gate entrance fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED OR COMMITTED UNTIL SPEAKING WITH THE MGR. PERSONALLY TO ASSURE THAT THIS IS THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOU.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF UNSUPERVISED STUDENTS OR THOSE UNDER 30.

We loved everything about this house. It was perfect in every way. The bedrooms are spacious and we loved that each room had its on bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. The living space is very comfortable for games and conversations! We will rent this house again!

A Weekend to Remember

Kindness Matters was one of several homes in Carillon Beach used for friends and family for our son’s wedding. However, Kindness Matters was the nicest one of the lot. Our hosts, Karen and her team, took great care of us and everything was perfect. She even answered a few questions while she herself was on vacation out of the country! Thank you for being an integral part of a very important weekend for our family!

It was very ,very clean. Everything is in great shape, really nice finishes, great kitchen, wide hallways, a lot of living space, outdoor covered fireplace that we used every is great! Great location in Carillon--really close to the Main St/village area, and also really close to two walkovers. And easy for our kids to get to the basketball court. It was our family of 6 and another family of 5, and we all had plenty of room. Cannot recommend highly enough. We will be back!

The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking/grilling, it was nice having beach towels so we didn't have to travel w/them and the proximity to the beach was great! We really enjoyed having a lake view and spent our mornings having breakfast on the porch. The outdoor fireplace was great to have at night (spring break weather is always unpredictable). Couldn't have really wanted anything else. We love this community and loved the house just as much! Grocery store was super convenient and we enjoyed driving to other communities on 30A but having a smaller, less crowded community to come home to! The beach was not crowded like we've seen in other areas of 30A and it was nice having the chairs and umbrellas! We hope to come back for another stay in this same house again! Ample pots and pans, multiple cutting boards, plenty of plates...the beverage fridge and separate ice machine was a very nice bonus!In addition, the house came with plenty of towels (kitchen, bath, and beach), dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and laundry detergent. We took advantage of all the community had to offer. We shopped the shops, ate the food, drank the wine, rode the bikes, attended the concerts, used the pools, played the courts, and loved the beach.We are thankful for a great trip. We'll be back again soon!
