Great Place!!

The location to the beach and the beach view was awesome. The pool is the biggest private pool I have ever seen on 30A and made it awesome for playing and hanging out. The inside of the house was clean and everything was easy. Great place, I will definitely stay here again.

We loved the property and amenities. However, the coded locks need replacing(they don’t work properly), the bedroom blinds need to be replace because they don’t operate properly, and more light is needed on the outside stair are, safety. And finally the code for the entry gate code was not on the portal.

Annual family beach trip

We like our stay at waterside wave. The pool is bigger than most rentals with pools. The beach access is not far. We had a noisy stay with all the construction building new houses and one across the street now totally blocks our gulf view. But all in all the house is comfortable and accommodates us all very well. We love the area as it is close to restaurants and stores. We will be back. I have written to the main office on a few things needing repair so hopefully those are attended to. Thanks for starting our summer off right!!

The house is a duplex. The ocean view that was advertised no longer exists because a house has been built directly in front of it. They should update the listing and the photos, as I chose this property specifically because of the ocean view.I would also recommend replacing the pots and pans in the kitchen with nonstick ones, as the current cookware causes food to stick.The pool is nice, and the beach is within a short walking distance. Other than those details, everything else was very good, and we enjoyed our stay.

Love the location

Absolutely loved the location of this house. Quiet neighborhood, great beach access and never seemed busy or crowded. Great view of the beach and ocean and an easy walk only about block away to get onto the beach. Stayed here with the family and kids and now just adults, great either way, so close to the beach, close restaurants and bars that are within a mile and walkable. Great comfortable place in an exceptional location.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Waterside Wave has all the important details covered! You can hear the ocean from the pool and deck and see the ocean from the deck. The house is very clean and comfortable. The recently renovated bathrooms are perfect for a large group of friends or family! I can't wait to go back and share this gem with more of my friends! This is my number one choice in Grayton Beach! Waterside Wave is a place where life long memories are created! Kudos to the owners for their close attention to detail!

Perfect Location AND Accommodations!

Loved this home being in a small residential area right on the beach but within minutes of yummy restaurants and any shopping desired. The home is a short 5-minute walk (and I'm 71) to a practically private beach. It is beautifully furnished and decorated, has very comfortable beds, and there is plenty of seating in the open family/kitchen area. Lots of parking with a lovely private pool to top off the luxury of this rental. Can't wait to go back!

Perfection

The perfect neighborhood for a relaxing vacation! The private beach is amazing and within a minute if the house! The pool was the perfect ending to each day! We watched dolphins every night from the patio! This is a perfect place for family, friends, children, and adults!

Truly enjoyed our stay at Waterside Wave, even though we had no internet the whole week. Unfortunately, as our family has grown, we need something a bit larger for next year, which you all don't have (I asked), so we had to reserve through a different channel.

Great property and house. 5th bedroom not actually a bedroom-bunk beds only, no window and no closet which was a little disappointing. Other than that a great house. Beautiful view of the ocean too!

Better Than Average

What an awesome getaway we had for my friend's daughter's bachelorette party! The house was gorgeous with plenty of space for everyone, including a spacious kitchen and living room. Beautifully decorated. The deck overlooking the beach and that ocean view was phenomenal! The pool area was also great. It was super walkable both to the beach and restaurants and bars. I would absolutely come back and stay here again!

Fabulous home for a large group

This beautiful beach home is located just steps from the beautiful, pristine beach. The deck and front bedrooms have a lovely of the gulf waters. The beds are comfy and well appointed. The large kitchen has all the necessities. This is a wonderful spot for a family group or group of friends. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I can't wait to have another visit!
