Situated just over 100 steps away from the pristine sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this coastal gem offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious private swimming pool.

Nestled on the south side of scenic Hwy 30A, this inviting home welcomes you with comfortable furnishings and a family-friendly open-concept floor plan. The first floor features a generous living area with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen adorned with stainless steel appliances, and seating for 5 at the bar. Enjoy meals in the dining area with seating for 10. The first floor also encompasses two king master suites and a convenient full-size washer/dryer. On the second floor, you'll find a third king bedroom with beautiful Gulf views and a private balcony overlooking the state park. Additionally, there is a bunk room with 2 sets of twin-over-twin beds and an adjacent bedroom with two double beds. A spacious bathroom is also located on this floor. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen television.

Beyond its ample indoor space, "Waterside Wave" presents a comfortably furnished poolside sun deck and a spacious wrap-around porch where you can admire the captivating beach views that drew you here in the first place. The home offers limited covered parking but accommodates a total of 5 cars in the driveway/parking area, including a car charging station for electric vehicles. Entertainment is taken care of with a full-size ping-pong table in the screened area.

The location to the beach and the beach view was awesome. The pool is the biggest private pool I have ever seen on 30A and made it awesome for playing and hanging out. The inside of the house was clean and everything was easy. Great place, I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location AND Accommodations!

Loved this home being in a small residential area right on the beach but within minutes of yummy restaurants and any shopping desired. The home is a short 5-minute walk (and I'm 71) to a practically private beach. It is beautifully furnished and decorated, has very comfortable beds, and there is plenty of seating in the open family/kitchen area. Lots of parking with a lovely private pool to top off the luxury of this rental. Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely loved the location of this house. Quiet neighborhood, great beach access and never seemed busy or crowded. Great view of the beach and ocean and an easy walk only about block away to get onto the beach. Stayed here with the family and kids and now just adults, great either way, so close to the beach, close restaurants and bars that are within a mile and walkable. Great comfortable place in an exceptional location.

Waterside Wave has all the important details covered! You can hear the ocean from the pool and deck and see the ocean from the deck. The house is very clean and comfortable. The recently renovated bathrooms are perfect for a large group of friends or family! I can't wait to go back and share this gem with more of my friends! This is my number one choice in Grayton Beach! Waterside Wave is a place where life long memories are created! Kudos to the owners for their close attention to detail!

Amazing Trip!

A group of eight of us stayed for a bachelorette weekend! This house is beautiful, clean, and huge! The neighborhood it’s located in has a beautiful (and not busy) beach. The pool was clean and larger than expected. No issues during our stay and can’t wait to return. I will say, this unit is a duplex. At first I was worried about that, but some of the girls didn’t even realize until the second day because the home is so large. Book it!

What an awesome getaway we had for my friend's daughter's bachelorette party! The house was gorgeous with plenty of space for everyone, including a spacious kitchen and living room. Beautifully decorated. The deck overlooking the beach and that ocean view was phenomenal! The pool area was also great. It was super walkable both to the beach and restaurants and bars. I would absolutely come back and stay here again!

This beautiful beach home is located just steps from the beautiful, pristine beach. The deck and front bedrooms have a lovely of the gulf waters. The beds are comfy and well appointed. The large kitchen has all the necessities. This is a wonderful spot for a family group or group of friends. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I can't wait to have another visit!

Exactly What We Expected and Wanted

Our entire visit exceeded expectations. The walk was shorter than we thought to the beach, the house was clearly kept up - even the outside paint looked brand new. The kitchen had everything, the living room was comfortable, and there were even the fun gutter downspouts! All the details were taken care of so that we could focus on the reason for being at the beach. Thank you to the owners and managers of this place!!!

Perfection by the Sea

Such a great place to take the family ! Lots of room, an open floor plan let's everyone be near but do their own thing! Short walk to a beautiful beach and lots of walking and biking opportunities in the neighborhood. The kids ( big and small) will love the beautiful pool……lots of seating all around….sit on the deck at sunset and listen to the ocean. Morning walks on the beach were a real treat. There are a lot of great restaurants within a mile or two…you can even walk to some on your beach walk!

Incredible beach house

An amazing house across the street from the beach! The house is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. Upstairs, there is a bunk room with a total of 4 beds that we didn't even utilize! The deck is perfect for coffee in the mornings or watching the sunset. The house also has a pool, which is awesome. Beach access is a short walk and of course the sand is amazing. Look forward to another visit in the near future!

Fabulous Visit!

We loved this large, spacious home with a beautiful ocean view from the deck AND upper BR door and deck. Lots of towels in all the bathrooms and very comfy beds. Kitchen is well stocked with cook ware and dishes and glasses. The cool March temperatures did not allow us to enjoy the pool but it is gorgeous with lots of chairs and tables. Plenty of parking, too. Quiet, residential neighborhood away from big city noises and high rises but close enough to good restaurants and groceries. Loved our trip. Thank you for sharing your home away from home!
