Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was Selbstversorger brauchen. Die Lage ist gut, weil viele Schwarzwaldziele und auch der Europapark gut erreichbar sind.

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, die allerdings mal wieder etwas aufgewertet werden sollte. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale sind etwa 2 km entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
