Romantic with Ocean Views - Sugar Beach Condos.

Romantic 1 bed loft condo unit with private balcony overlooking the ocean.

Beautiful beachfront condo (top Floor) with a spectacular view of the ocean.

Very few rentals have direct access to the beach and ocean. From the private balcony you can view the beach, Long Reef, Christiansted and Buck Island.

Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Enjoy the beach, sunbathe, relax in a hammock under a palm tree or enjoy a swim. The beach has complementary lounge chairs on the beach.

We have snorkeling equipment you may borrow, beach towels, umbrellas and icebox.

There's also a pool built around a historic sugar mill. Included is a full kitchen as well as BBQ grill and plenty of deck space and lounge chairs. Swim up bar tables are built into the pool. There's also a coin operated laundromat just in case you wish to do some laundry.

Tennis courts and basketball also available. You may borrow two rackets in the condo as well as a couple of containers of balls.

The condo features air conditioning, or enjoy the Caribbean breeze by opening the balcony sliders.

The bathroom is stocked with towels, soap, hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware as well as a stove/oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. Coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, toaster oven, kettle, air fryer, rice cooker, smokeless countertop grill and blender.

Free WIFI is provided. We have smart TVs you may sign into your personal subscriptions or travel with your own Fire sticks etc.

The bedroom is up a spiral staircase (not recommended for persons with movement issues). The downstairs sofa opens into a comfortable bed also.

The condo is within a short walk to 2 restaurants and a short drive to historic Christiansted, designated a National Historic Site with its boardwalk and quaint shops.

Enjoy snorkeling and scuba diving of Cane Bay and Buck Island.

If you're a golfer, St. Croix offers three beautiful and scenic golf courses to choose from (Buccaneer Golf Course, Reef Golf Course and Carambola Golf Course).

A rental car is not a necessity but is recommended.

Thank you so much! We had a wonderful time. The beach was cleaned every morning, and there are plenty of nice lounge chairs. We loved the privacy of the beach! We appreciated the salt, pepper, and sugar you left for everyone to use as well as the incidents. We didn’t need any incidentals, but they are a very nice touch.

We had an outstanding time at this unit, which was well appointed with everything you need. Fantastic view of the ocean and wonderful amenities at the clubhouse as well. The owner was excellent at communicating the access code and check out procedures and I would highly recommend returning.

Would definitely stay here again. Great communication before and during our stay. Very well supplied with kitchen items, also beach chairs and umbrella. We’re in our 70s and didn’t have any difficulty with the narrow spiral staircase going up to the bedroom loft. However, anyone with mobility issues may have a problem.

Great Trip

This was a semi last minute trip to St. Croix and Jennifer's property filled all of our needs. The location is great with downtown Christiansted being very close and the beach is right out the back of the condo. Jennifer's condo is very well stocked, clean and bug free. Highly recommend.

St. Croix has my ♥️

Estate Golden Rock condos was amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was gorgeous! Jennifer was responsive and kind. I really cant say enough about this trip! St. Croix is amazing! Being so close to Christenstead was near perfect. When someone says paradise now, I will envision St. Croix and this trip.

Perfect getaway in great location! The kitchen was well outfitted and there is also a grill by the pool as well as many yummy restaurants within 10 minutes. Lovely surprise to find new tennis rackets and balls in the closet and a cooler which we used every day while exploring some of the more remote beaches. Jennifer was super communicative both before our arrival and during our stay. We'll be back!

My husband and I absolutely loved this unit! Once we figured out how to use the lock box!! The unit was clean, furnishings were very nice, bed very comfortable and especially loved being on the 3rd floor. Views of Christiansted at night from balcony was beautiful. The ocean water colors were stunning! Nice beach. Many friendly condo owners to meet. A plus as they could give all kinds of info for our stay. Definitely would love to come back to stay.

Sugar Beach Condo

We enjoyed our stay. The Beach is a beautiful view and enjoyable to swim, snorkle or just relaxing on the deck watching the saves. The location is great it is just a quick 5-10 minute drive to Christiansted and about 25 minutes to Frederiksted. We did relax in the pool one morning while we did our laundry. A few hints we found. When going to Christiansted park in the Government lot or the Seaplane lot. When you need quarters for laundry you can get quarters at the laundry mat by McDonalds (easy walk or quick drive).

Dear Expedia Customer Service, **Review for Sugar Beach Resort – St. Croix, USVI** ⭐☆☆☆☆ I was unable to stay at this property due to issues with check-in and communication from the host. After weather-related travel delays, I arrived late and could not access the unit. The entry code I received in advance did not work, and by the time an updated code was sent, I had already made other arrangements. Unfortunately, there was no assistance available on site, and response from the host came too late. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of support, follow-up, and overall experience. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience with the check-in process and communication.
