The Wescott- Heated pool/spa resort style yard

A gem in the desert! Our home is set up with your comfort in mind. The main living space is open concept with 2 living areas and 2 dining areas separated by a fully equipped kitchen. Each room can comfortably sleep 2. The hall bath has a soaking jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Out back you’ll find a resort style yard with a heated salt water pool/spa. The yard is spacious with plenty of room to play. This is an outdoor space that won’t disappoint!

Our home has everything you need for a perfect getaway! It can be enjoyed year round with the cozy fireplace in the living room or the gas fire table out back on colder nights. The pool can refresh in summer or be heated in winter. The open concept living area is perfect for enjoying family. The backyard is like a resort that is set to be enjoyed every day of the year!

The home has full access to all parts including the inside laundry. The garage is being used to store owners belongings and there is no access to garage. There is a driveway that can accommodate 3 vehicles.

Pool can be heated at a rate of $70/day. Check in and checkout days are combined. Please send request in advance for pool heating to ensure pool is heated at proper temperature for your stay.

Good Property to Rent for Families

Overall our stay here was decent. If you have lots of younger kids they would love this place with great backyard and spacious rooms. Pluses - the master bed was very comfortable and room sizes were great. The guest bathroom was very nice. The location is good if you are looking for proximity to Scottsdale and nearby hiking spots. Backyard gets daylong sunlight, has great turf, and pool is really nice/clean. We had paid for a heated pool which was set to 82 degrees upon our arrival and the owner was prompt in their response to turn the pool heat up to 85 when it wasn't very warm. Drawbacks- Little stay details such a kitchenware/pans were charred and old. Outdoor grill wasn't cleaned and some patio furniture was dirty. Couldn't find any pool towels. Bedroom lamp was missing a light bulb. Front door lock was really difficult to lock and unlock with provided key.

Good location, great house.

Escape from the snow

We wanted to get away from the snow and have a vacation in the sun. This house was perfect for our needs. The pool is fenced off which is an absolute must with young children. I also wanted a heated pool and it was amazing. Yes I paid extra but it was worth it. The pool was nice and warm. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean.

Deer Valley Stay

Our stay here was excellent. The backyard and pool were perfect for hanging out and inside we were quite comfortable. The neighbors across the street said hi and chatted with us too. They were very nice. We did early check-in which was so helpful and meant we got a little more time with friends we hadn't planned on! Thanks
