Private first floor apartment located within 5 minute walking distance to downtown Kalamazoo.

This apartment is a modern renovated classic office building, it is completely private for your enjoyment. The unit is adjacent to secured parking with a garage door-protected entry, so you can both park your car off-street and easily enter the unit from your parked car, feet away. So loading and unloading is a snap. Local nightlife is just blocks away - enjoy many shopping and restaurants options. This property is located close to Bronson Hospital, Kalamazoo outdoor mall, and several breweries. A few amenities include; a laundry room, full kitchen, pull-out couch, office space, wifi and a 65" smart tv.

Guests will have full range of the entire apartment. There is gated parking along with a secured building.

Downtown living close to entertainment as well as Bronson Hospital, Pfizer, KVCC's downtown campus. There is plenty of nightlife within walking distance, restaurants and shopping.

Public transportation is available. Lyft and Uber is also available and you can try local taxis if you are traveling distances.
Most attractions are within walking distance if you are interested in downtown life.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property.

No Parties or Events: We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or loud gatherings that may disturb our neighbors.

Quiet Hours: Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors by observing quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No Pets: While we love furry friends, we have a strict no-pet policy to accommodate guests with allergies.

Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is as stated in the booking details. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.

Respect Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in is at 3PM and check-out is at 11AM. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay here while visiting family in Kalamazoo. The apartment served as a home away from home. The fully equiped kitchen allowed us to host a family dinner, as if we lived locally. Very walkable, right next to the Kalamazoo Mall. Thanks for making family time so easy and comfortable!

This apartment is a diamond in the heart of Kalamazoo! It is located within walking distance from restaurants, bars, common event sites- both seasonal and year round, including the State Theatre, and unique shops, including the renowned Michigan News Agency. It is beautifully decorated and includes every amenity you could need. It is secure and includes private, off street parking. We can not say enough about this gem. We travel to Kalamazoo often and hope to make this space our home away from home! Kudos to the property managers and we look forward to our next visit!

Great little gem!
Excellent stay! The place was clean and comfortable. It's close by to the Kalamazoo Mall and plenty of restaurants, activities, and amenities. Relatively quiet considering you're in the heart of the city. Parking is secure and off of the street. We have no complaints and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
