You'll find this South Beach facility absolutely beautiful with recent renovations. Our condominiums are available in several sizes, our largest sleeps 8 comfortably. We are positive you will find the perfect beach condominium to suit your needs! Dolphin Run's ocean front condominiums offer luxurious 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms for rent. All condominiums are completely furnished (except for linens, towels, cleaning supplies and paper products).
Each condominium features a fully equipped kitchen, (including microwave ovens). All condominiums have internet WI-FI access. Our large contemporary lobby overlooks the boardwalk with incredible views of the beach and oceanfront. Relax and take in the view, or find a quiet spot to read or utilize the WI-FI. We also offer on-site reserved parking, two elevators, laundry facilities, and 24-hour security. With our rooftop sundeck, indoor heated salt water pool and fitness center, there is always something to keep you comfortable and entertained.

Needs tlc

Size of rooms was great.Facility was fine. Doing work on outside making a lot of noise that was vibrating loudly through the walls. I get that work is done in off season but was not listed on site. A lot of items broken or dirty. Had to wash everything before use. Hodgepodge cabinets filled with eclectic cooking pots and dishes that were covered in dirt. No place to put your items everything sits on counter. Left early. I should have listened to reviews. I would have been better off staying at hotel and eating out. Not a fan of linen policy and need to purchase ice. You Need To bring all supplies. No house keeping as listed and windows filthy.

The floor was filthy, complained twice and was told they would check on it. No response 😕. Did not like spending 100.00 for bedding, never stayed anywhere where it was not furnished.

Know before you go!

Bring the following since the property descriptions fails to tell you you're SOL for: dish soap, hand soap, towels, bedsheets and blankets. For the premium rent paid I didn't expect the porch screen door to be broken and the toilet paper dispenser half ripped off the wall. In addition to there being a problem with ants, the condo's elevators are filthy and floors are half rotted. I've learned my lesson. I loved VA beach but not this condo. Buyer beware...

Very Nice Condo with amazing view

We loved this condo. The balcony view was so beautiful. We saw dolphins multiple times from the balcony and the beach. The only odd thing was the photos of the unit were different when I booked. I even have the confirmation which shows a sectional sofa and off white walls. The week before we traveled I checked my emails and saw the photos were different. No worries, though, the unit was nice and the kitchen was modern. The showers were updated and the master shower was really nice. Bathrooms were small but we had just three of us. The living room would be small for 6 people but it was fine for us. June is a great time to visit. While the ocean was a little cold, the beach and condos were not crowded at all. The location is nice and you could walk to dinners, to go get coffee or ice cream. Even Rudee’s Inlet was a short walk away. I did not like that the condos charged $40 for a credit card payment, but they do allow you to mail a check. You also have to rent linens or bring your own towels and sheets. We
