Of note: this is NOT an "entire house", "4 bedroom 4 bathroom", "4 pool", "1526 square foot" "unit". Yes, if you scroll to the bottom, the small print discloses this is a listing for 4 individual units. I take full responsibility for not reading the fine print, but the misrepresentation in this ad is appalling. My entire family was going on a cruise the next day, so we decided to stay one night together in the Miami area. We arrived to the facility earlier than check-in and the customer service personal told me I had 3 room, each with 2 beds and 1 bathroom (hotel style). After several minutes of trying to tell him what I booked and him saying they do not have any rooms more than hotel style rooms, I called Roompicks, which seemed to be the third party VRBO representing this property. With the general manager present, the roompicks representative did indeed, state that I booked a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom unit for $658. Upon further checking, there was a fourth room in our reservation, it just was not ready at that time. So yes, we did, have a total of 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms, but it was not and "entire house", and the entire family was spread out through the hotel. When I showed the staff the listing, they were also appalled at the misrepresentation. Moving on. There is one non-heated pool-not 4. The rooms were def not cleaned, feces all over toilet and vomit in lamp. The property is run down. Things are broke. There are safety concerns...and roompicks stands by there listing.
