"Beach Dune 239". Only 70m from the beach is this beautiful quiet holiday home with sauna, games room, reading corner, whirlpool, fireplace

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Cost of electricity (0.35 € / kWh), gas (0.98 € / cubic meter) and water (6.50 € / cubic meter) according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed linen, bath towels and firewood can be ordered upon request.
The rental deposit of 200, - € are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs.

Our cozy cottage is furnished with great attention to detail in a cozy red and white country house style. Children welcome! We paid special attention to the child friendliness: There is an extra nursery only for the little ones, equipped with a safe wooden lattice bed, child-friendly furniture, a baby changing table and children's toys.

An additional normal bed can accommodate z. B. for a larger sibling. Throughout the house we have built-in parental controls in the sockets and the staircase is protected by stair gates. Children's cutlery and crockery and a highchair are also part of the basic equipment. Outside there is a shed z. B. for the stroller.

The house offers 2 normal bedrooms and 1 children's room up to 5 adults and a baby / toddler place. Amenities such as sauna, whirlpool, fireplace and underfloor heating and a cozy retreat corner on the gallery invite you.

Es war mal wieder ein wunderbarer Urlaub, tolles Hause und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles da was man benötigt. Während des Aufenthaltes ging der Duschschlauch kaputt, aber es wurde schnell repariert. Ein Hinweis, wo man alle Zähler zum Ablesen findet wäre lieb, wir haben doch eonuge Zeit zum Suchen benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung, das Haus, wies schon einige Gebrauchsspuren an der Küche und im Badezimmer ,an den Schränken auf und oben im Schlafzimmer, geht eine Steckdose nicht, aber sonst war es ein super Urlaub, die Gegend ist ein Traum

Wir waren eine Woche zu viert in der Unterkunft und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – wunderbar grün, herrlich ruhig und dennoch nur ein kurzer Weg zum Strand. Perfekt, um abzuschalten!Der Platz war für uns vier absolut ausreichend. Zwar hätte eine zweite Dusche den Komfort erhöht, aber auch mit einer hat alles gut funktioniert.Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten jedoch mal überarbeitet werden: Der Wasserkocher hat schon bessere Tage gesehen, und einige Küchenfronten wurden provisorisch mit Klebeband repariert. Auch die Fugen in der Dusche waren leider recht verschmutzt. Die Galerie bietet an sich zusätzlich Raum, könnte aber schöner gestaltet sein, damit man sie gerne nutzt.Trotz dieser Punkte war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und die Unterkunft insgesamt sehr gemütlich. Die kleinen Mängel haben unseren Urlaub nicht wirklich beeinträchtigt – wir würden also durchaus wiederkommen!

Natur Pur mit Komfort

Wunderschön im Kiefernwald und direkt am Meer. Das Haus war sauber und sehr gemütlich. Liebevoll für Kinder und Geschirr und Besteck genug vorhanden. Die Fußläufigkeit in den Ort ist mit 10-20 Minuten absolut super

Insgesamt zufrieden, aber...

Das Haus ist von der kleinen Straße nur zu Fuß zu erreichen, und das auf einem nicht befestigtem, unbeleuchtetem Weg. Für andere vielleicht urig - für mich (Gehbehindert) leider ein großer Nachteil, den ich in der Beschreibung nicht gesehen hatte (falls es da stand). Gepäck ein- und ausladen war so sehr beschwehrlich und riskant.Insgesamt war für unser Empfinden zu viel Bürokratie (Sehr viele Mails, viele Anhänge, mehrere Ansprechpartner). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dennoch sehr genießen können; das Haus war genau richtig für uns. Es war nicht alles perfekt; das brauchen wir aber auch nicht - das ist zu hause ja auch nicht der Fall....Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir zum Be- und entladen vorfahren dürfen.

Urlaub in einem gemütlichen Ferienhaus

Wir konnten in diesem Haus unsere Ferienzeit einfach genießen. Unsere kleine Tochter war von dem Konderzimmer mit vielen Spielzeugen und Büchern angetan. Die Möbel sind ein wenig veraltet, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Der Wasserkocher und der Geschirrspüler müssen unbedingt ersetzt werden..

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, fast am Waldrand. Ein kleiner Hinweis, wie die Zufahrt zum Haus erfolgen kann, würde den den Urlauber davon abhalten, das gesamte Gepäck vom Parkplatz zum Haus zu tragen. Wir würden uns über einen Wäscheständer freuen, da es eine Waschmaschine gibt. zufreuen, da eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist.

Mitten in der Natur

Wir haben die sieben Nächte im Haus sehr genossen. Vor allem die Nähe zu Wald und Meer war einmalig und perfekt zum Abschalten. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt.

Haus Stranddüne in Baabe 239, tolle Lage

Wir waren Mitte Juni eine Woche im Haus „Stranddüne“ in Baabe, 4 Erw./1 Kind. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten hat es uns gut gefallen. Es gab nur Geschirr für 6 Personen, demnach musste man nach jeder Mahlzeit abwaschen bzw. den Geschirrspüler anmachen. Wir haben die Kaffeemaschine entkalkt, die brauchte 30 Min. bis der Kaffee durch war. Und den Siphon im oberen Bad haben wir in Ordnung gebracht, der tropfte. Das hat unser Urlaubsfeeling aber nicht beeinträchtigt. Die Lage ist toll, zwar in 3. Reihe und 30 Meter zum zugehörigen Parkplatz, aber nur 70m zum Strand und direkt am Wald mit großer Terrasse. Man hat hier Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Und hin und wieder kommt auch mal ein Reh vorbei.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit etwas Patina

Wir sind jetzt schon die letzten 10 Jahre fast einmal im Jahr im Strandpark am Dünenweg gewesen, leider hatten wir diesmal ein Haus welches schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Sei es das Dekor der Küche welches rissig und abgewohnt aussieht noch der Kühlschrank welcher nicht mehr richtig schließt…angekommen waren wir und fanden auch einen Tisch vor welchen wir gleich abgedeckt haben…wir wollen aber nicht nur schimpfen, wohlgefühlt haben wir uns dennoch und die TOP Lage entschädigt eigentlich alles. Zum Schluss sagen wir, auch in dieses Haus kommen wir wieder und freuen uns auf ein paar renovierte Kleinigkeiten :-)

Super schönes Haus

Wir waren mit 5 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) in diesem schönen Haus, welches etwas am Waldesrand liegt, in ca 4. Reihe. Das war super schön und entspannend, wenn man den Blick nach draußen richtete. Trotzdem waren es nur wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Haus wählen, es war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt.

Gemütliches Häuschen am Waldrand

Es hat uns sehr gefallen .das Häuschen war sauber.schönes sauberes Geschirr Einziges Manko :es zieht im Winter durch die Fenster kühl rein.Aber mit karmin ist es auszuhalten.
