When we arrived to the property we had to go across and checkin at the main resort. The posting claims its gated but the gates were open 24/7. The property yard was filthy. There was trash left outside from the previous renters that wasn’t picked up. When they finally came to get it something had ate in the bag which caused food to be left on the front porch I called and messaged the property manager multiple times about the spill on the front porch with ants on it and no one ever came to clean it up. The Wi-Fi was horrible we couldn’t watch tv or movies because it continued to buffer and when maintenance finally came it only worked for one day and went back down. The back of the home where the pool is faces woods. My overall experience was not a good one I will not rent from them again.

Beautiful villa but perfectible cleanliness

Very good communication with the rental and maintenance team. Excellent location, very close to Disney. The villa is very well equipped and there is plenty of room for everyone. However, the cleanliness is perfectible. The initial cleaning was poor (garbage in the front garden, carpets not well vacuumed, cleaning was too brief, the corners in the pool were green (poor maintenance). And furthermore there is no vacuum cleaner available even for several weeks rental. To conclude a perfect villa to stay in if the maintenance team of the villa and of the gated community improve themselves.
