3rd floor unit overlooking pool. Located on Tybee Island's North End, 1C has a spectacular view of the pool, and lighthouse, access to lighted tennis courts, pool facilities, and gas grill, with picnic area. The view of the beach is amazing, from wonderful porch you can access from both the living room and master bedroom. The living room features cable TV, queen sofa sleeper, sliding glass door going out to private balcony and open dining room area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel like you are at home. Full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, silverware and washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a queen bed with private master bath, TV and sliding glass door that leads out to your private covered 7 X 35 deck, with views of the pool. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV and access to private bathroom.

Best beach with amazing views

The view from our balcony was one of the best I’ve ever had in a vacation stay. We watched the sunrise every morning then came in the cargo ships that were amazing to see. The beach was never crowded and the sunsets were spectacular. This condo is located close to everything from souvenir shops, restaurants, ice cream & most importantly the most adorable coffee shop Tybean. The condo had everything we needed for a most comfortable stay. We will definitely return soon.

Soccer tournament

We had a great time at this location. We were in Savannah for a soccer tournament and the condo we stayed at was perfect. We had a nice view of the ocean. The full kitchen was clean and we had a washer and dryer. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it very comfortable and accommodating for everyone. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you.

Great place by the Lighthouse and uncrowded beach

Super clean condo close to an uncrowded beach and the Lighthouse. Everything you need for a peaceful break in Tybee. True what they say in the other reviews about the stairs. It’s a 3rd floor walk up so you’ll get your steps in each day! :)

Great Condo, Great Views

We were very impressed with the condition of the unit. It was clean and appeared recently refreshed. The unit was warm when we arrived, but Management had the AC fixed and the condo chilled in a matter of hours, so that was no issue. With its view of the Tybee Island Lighthouse and the ocean, we couldn't have asked for a better location. Very convenient to everything on the island. Pools and grounds were spotless. Management office was very helpful and courteous. We'll stay here again for sure.

Great communication

While we were not able to stay at the property due to Hurricane Ian, the communication with the property manager was amazing. She was very understanding and honest with us. The ladies were very accommodating and helped us change our reservation multiple times before finally canceling due to the storm. We will definitely try it again...without a hurricane.

Summer Vacay

Condo very nice and good size for my family. Would have liked a few more amenities I am accustomed to with using VRBO such as hand soap in bathrooms, maybe cereal bowls since I have kids, kitchen towels to dry dishes, and ample toilet paper. Less expensive doesn’t last long for nearly a week’s stay although I did recall reading that only so much was supplied and that was it so remembered to being extra. With all said, these are minor but yet very helpful had they been supplied. Condo rental wasn’t inexpensive so figured these amenities would not break the bank. Really liked the code instead of having to keep up with a key. All in all, still a very nice condo which we’d choose again should we return to Tybee Island.

Very quiet and relaxing place. We had bikes delivered to the condo and enjoyed the large porch that overlooks the pool and lighthouse. Condo is on top floor so if you don’t like steps or elderly might be a problem.

Everything about our trip was exactly as advertised - except for the toddler who stayed in the condo above and hit the floor running at 6:00 every morning. These condos are NOT soundproof! Otherwise, we found just what we expected, called for and immediately got an HVAC repair and appreciated the excellent job our Rental Agent did.

Perfect Hideaway Getaway

Property was very clean and tidy, property owner made checkin a breeze even with our late arrival. Kids loved it and hated having to leave and requested to come back. Property will be one of our top return to locations!

Great overall!

This was a great location and set up for our group! It was so nice being so close to the beach and having access to pools! We were walking distance to a few places for food and drinks and a short 1-2 mile drive to the south parts of Tybee Island. We also were only a 20 minute drive to Savannah! Inside the condo was pretty bare with only the basics, as I had read in other reviews. However, if we were missing something, the owner was very responsive and had the rental company deliver missing items quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and great vacation! Will be back :)

Great place for a simple bachelor trip

Three of us came down to celebrate my friends bachelor party and the condo was perfect. Close to the beach, the pool was great, and it was in a nice quiet location that kept us out of the chaos of Savannah.

Nice location. No frills. Shower heads and ac vents could use some cleaning. No sports programming was able to be viewed as cable was basic tier. View of water was great. Deck was large. Very close to the beach. Price was fair.

Lighthouse Cove

Steps were hard for SIL. Parts and kitchen should be replaced, the blind in the front bedroom have broken slots. Overall nice day place was clean
