**3rd-Floor Poolside Condo with Beach & Lighthouse Views – Tybee Island North End**

Unit 1C is a bright, third-floor retreat with stunning views of the pool, Tybee Lighthouse, and nearby beach. Relax on the private covered porch, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, or enjoy the community pool, lighted tennis courts, gas grills, and picnic area.

The living room features a queen sleeper sofa and cable TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, TV, and deck access. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and its own bathroom.

Stays longer then 30 days, October - March, there is additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for details on pricing.

Very quiet and relaxing place. We had bikes delivered to the condo and enjoyed the large porch that overlooks the pool and lighthouse. Condo is on top floor so if you don’t like steps or elderly might be a problem.

Everything about our trip was exactly as advertised - except for the toddler who stayed in the condo above and hit the floor running at 6:00 every morning. These condos are NOT soundproof! Otherwise, we found just what we expected, called for and immediately got an HVAC repair and appreciated the excellent job our Rental Agent did.

Best beach with amazing views

The view from our balcony was one of the best I’ve ever had in a vacation stay. We watched the sunrise every morning then came in the cargo ships that were amazing to see. The beach was never crowded and the sunsets were spectacular. This condo is located close to everything from souvenir shops, restaurants, ice cream & most importantly the most adorable coffee shop Tybean. The condo had everything we needed for a most comfortable stay. We will definitely return soon.

Perfect Hideaway Getaway

Property was very clean and tidy, property owner made checkin a breeze even with our late arrival. Kids loved it and hated having to leave and requested to come back. Property will be one of our top return to locations!

Great overall!

This was a great location and set up for our group! It was so nice being so close to the beach and having access to pools! We were walking distance to a few places for food and drinks and a short 1-2 mile drive to the south parts of Tybee Island. We also were only a 20 minute drive to Savannah! Inside the condo was pretty bare with only the basics, as I had read in other reviews. However, if we were missing something, the owner was very responsive and had the rental company deliver missing items quickly. Overall, it was a great experience and great vacation! Will be back :)

Great place for a simple bachelor trip

Three of us came down to celebrate my friends bachelor party and the condo was perfect. Close to the beach, the pool was great, and it was in a nice quiet location that kept us out of the chaos of Savannah.

Soccer tournament

We had a great time at this location. We were in Savannah for a soccer tournament and the condo we stayed at was perfect. We had a nice view of the ocean. The full kitchen was clean and we had a washer and dryer. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it very comfortable and accommodating for everyone. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you.

Relaxing Get Away

Location was great, Tybee is a very calm beach. The condo was clean and well maintained. The pools were clean and it was only a short walk to the beach. The only complaint I had was it was on the third floor and the climb for my old legs was hard but that is a me problem. Thank you so much for having us and I definitely would stay again, climb or not.

Last minute visit

This was a last minute trip with my college-aged daughter. We were looking for somewhere to relax and this fit the bill. The unit was as described, clean and with all the necessary amenities. View of the lighthouse and some of the water. We didn’t cook while we were there but it looked like the kitchen had the basics. This part of the beach was less crowded than others, which was perfect for us. It is a bit of a walk from the unit to the boardwalk to the beach - and then a bit farther to the water so if you pack a lot of stuff to take out you will want a wagon, etc. We just had towels and our books - rented chairs and an umbrella from Burkes Beach Rentals so it was no problem. My only suggestion would be to add a small soap dish for the bar of hand soap in the bathrooms so they don’t have to just sit on the countertop.

Not a home

This rental is just that - not someone’s home and does not have the amenities you have at most VRBOs. No games, cards, koozie, Bottle openers, beach accessories, the list goes on. The amenities provided were the basics to include Scratched Teflon pans. The rental did the job, but should have been significantly lower in price compared to nicer rentals.
