Newly renovated apartment in one of the most hip areas of Zurich and still wonderfully quiet. On the spacious balcony you sit in the middle of one of Zurich's most beautiful courtyards. The apartment has been lovingly renovated last year and has two fully equipped bedrooms. The kitchen also leaves nothing to be desired: dishwasher, combi-steamer, large fridge. All around you will find excellent restaurants, from modern organic cuisine with natural wines to Italian to home-style cuisine. In terms of traffic, you are well connected to the city by train, tram and bus. Wipkingen train station is a 4-minute walk and from there it is a ten-minute train ride to the airport.

Beautiful apartment - perfect for a summer stay

We came to Zurich for work this summer and had an amazing time at Felix' apartment. Communication was easy, the apartment was immaculate and had everything you need. Our highlight was the balcony with a stunning garden view and the well equipped kitchen. Also, the location is just fantastic with grocery stores, train station, restaurants and - most importantly - the Limmat nearby. Thanks for having us!

Wonderful all round!

The apartment is lovely and really great with the bonus of a balcony over a beautiful secluded inner courtyard garden with lots of trees and greenery. The area is also really great with all that you'd need for shopping, restaurants, cafes and a gym along with transportation links to anywhere in the city all within a 5 minute walk. The hosts are also very kind and thoughtful and available if any questions arise or help is needed. I highly recommend this place when visiting Zurich!

Fantastic Apartment

We had a great stay at the apartment! The beds were comfortable, the water in the shower was nice and hot, and the kitchen was spacious. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening after a day of exploring the city. It overlooks a courtyard behind the building, so it was private and quiet. Felix was very responsive and easy to work with. He made check in and check out effortless and checked in with us via text a few times to make sure we had everything we needed.
