This apartment was perfect for my needs. The bed is so comfy and the kitchen is beautiful. The bathroom is also beautiful but the star of the show is the shower head. Amazing water pressure. The appliances look brand new. I really loved that the property has a shared gym and a pool. There is also an outdoor fire place and lots of seating areas. Inside there’s a common room with a TV, pool table, and lots of comfy seating. Very resort-like. Just steps away is lots of shopping and restaurants. There is an assigned parking spot and lots of guest parking. I spent ten days and was very comfortable. Got a great tan too!Definitely recommend for any time of the year. There's always something to do nearby.

Felt at home during this stay

We enjoyed our time in Los Angeles. The condo is spacious enough for two people. The appliances were extremely modern and new. I felt right at home with the Nespresso OL machine. The condo was in walking distance of lots of shopping and restaurants. The host quickly responded if we had any questions and she worked with our schedule when we had to change some things around. The location was perfect to my sister who lives across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Valencia! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and had updated appliances and furniture that made it feel modern and welcoming. The gated parking garage was a huge plus, with plenty of convenient parking. The host was very communicative and made the entire stay easy from start to finish.The amenities were excellent as well. The pool and hot tub were very nice and well maintained. There was even a movie theater/cinema room downstairs, a pool table room, and all of the common areas were very clean.We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again the next time we're in the area. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. This will be our go-to place when we visit SCV area. We felt at home. Having a full kitchen helps so much with family. The attention to detail was great. Location made getting around SCV easy. We even got to enjoy an afternoon at the lovely pool area. We will be back. Thank you!

The condo was lovely and very well equipped. The one thing it lacked was a large bowl for baking and a blender or whisk. Over all a very enjoyable experience.

Fabulous Santa Clarita

This property was absolutely perfect for my time in Santa Clarita visiting my daughter at CalArts. My daughter is able to come and stay with me and her boyfriend was able to come in and stay with us for a couple nights. Department was just the right size to accommodate our small group. Hey apartment was immaculate and the manager/owner? Was so accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely book this property again!
