Close to the slopes, beautiful home with hot tub and nice fire place and TV. Love staying at Black Bear Crossing. Easy check in and close to the village. Thanks for a great stay!
Everything was nice and clean and as shown in pictures. Check in and out was super easy and smooth. For eww t place to stay, definitely stay here again!
Have rented this property the last two years with our big group. The house has everything you need from comfort for the down time to the slope access right across the parking lot. Hot tub is fantastic after a day on the slopes. Will be renting again next year.
We really enjoyed our stay at this ski out! We loved that the house is walking distance to slope access making it easy to get on and off the slopes. We have stayed at many places at snowshoe and this has to be a top.
We had a group of 8 join us on our ski trip this year and this house was perfect for the large gathering. It had everything we needed to prepare meals for the group, the rooms were very comfortable, the hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes. Would absolutely rebook if we have another large group.
Great stay, very nice place. Small things: no scissors in the condo, toilet paper holder in downstairs bath needs to be retightened, could use another baking sheet. And the clothes dryer do not work. Thank you!
Spent 4 nights with a group of 5 dudes for Snowshoe Bike Park's opening weekend. Black Bear Crossing was perfect for our group. The hot tub and outdoor common area was awesome for hanging out after a long day on the trails. Easy access to trails and the Village. Can't wait to come back again.

I am so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Black Bear! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We appreciate it!
The townhouse was clean, easy to access and most importantly actually has beds for the exact number of people it lists that it can sleep (with couches to spare)! The entire unit was recently updated and had many of the necessities to cook (pots, pans, dishes and silverware). Would definitely recommend this vrbo for your next ski trip.

Convenient Location but Several Problems
Cons: was blood on the comforter in one bedroom, multiple hairs on the bed in another bedroom, no hot water in one of the bathrooms, 50 degrees in the house when we arrived, the upstairs TV's don't work and rats scurried off each time I entered the trash room.
Pros: convenient, spacious, nice/updated kitchen and a family of dear frequently visited the back of the home

Great location and accommodations
Condo matched the description accurately, and was a great getaway for one night. The only issue was that we never received a correct activation code, and the property manager never replied to me when I reached out to get it. Thank goodness the maintenance manager was in the neighborhood, and after verifying my identity and reservation, he let us in. Otherwise, we would not have been able to get in, and with limited cell service, would’ve likely had to leave the mountain. If crisis had not been averted, it would have been a devastating birthday celebration. I still have yet to hear from the property manager about sending me an incorrect code, and it’s hours after check out, so not pleased with that. But again, the condo itself was perfect.
