About this property

Alta Mesa area with pool and hot tub

Lot of space inside and out Bring the whole family to this great place with lots to offer. Close to shopping and restaurants and grocery stores. Many golf courses in less then 5 min drive.

There is a big green belt across the street

There is parking in driveway and garage if you prefer

The pool is not heated

But the hot tub is ready to go

next to the kitchen table is a desk if you need to do a little work
You are allowed to smoke out side away from the home but may not leave any trace of cigarettes of ashes on property must be cleaned for the next guest.
If the Neighbors or the Police call me for any reason about the guest at the property you will be asked to leave Immediately and no refund will be given.

Blue barrels are for recycling and get move out to the curb on Thursday night by guest that are at the house to be emptied on Friday then moved back after

Black barrel is for trash and get move to the curb Monday night by guests for them to be emptied on Tuesday then moved back

Wish the pool was a little bit warmer 62 is a bit chilly for 95 degree weather. But Hot tub was awesome. Beds were super comfortable. kitchen well stocked. Really enjoyed our stay. Thanks a million!!

Stayed there twice over the last two Januarys and like the property very much. In a great quiet neighborhood that is close to walking trails. Has a spacious, private, and well maintained yard. Property host is great! Easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Just what we needed!

After my wife's frequent travels to help care for her sister in California, we desperately needed some R&R time with each other and family just a few miles away. This home was so comfortable and we spent so much time outdoors and enjoyed the patio, the hot tub, the pool, and soaking up the sunshine. Wonderful neighborhood. We so enjoyed our stay! We will be back again for sure!

Communication with the home owner was easy and pleasant. The house is beautiful and comfortable. The pool was good for the kids, but a little chilly for us. We did enjoy the hot tub though. Beautiful neighborhood as well.

Summertime Retreat

We enjoyed our stay at the height of Mesa’s hot summer. The pool was an excellent relief. The kitchen had everything you need. We took advantage of the charcoal barbecue and grilled some excellent steaks. Our dog enjoyed the large, fenced in back yard. The only downside was the neighbour behind the property doing renovations all week in their backyard. 6 straight days of jack hammering, which started at 6am everyday (including Sunday) was annoying. Definitely not the owners fault, and would not stop us from booking this property again in the future!

Great Location, functional House, nice Backyard

Pros:Located in a nice, safe and quiet area. Good size green space across street, perfect for dogs to run. House is comfortable with good size master bedroom including modern en-suite and spacious walk-in closet. Plenty of seating throughout the house and separate dining room. The majority of the house is clean and there is no pet smell. Decent bedding and towels are provided. Backyard and pool area are clean, nicely landscaped and offer several seating and dining options. The gas BBQ is small, but works well. Nice to have a grassy area.Cons:Kitchen had not bee cleaned for quite some time. Fridge was filled with out of date condiments and needed to be cleaned before use. Some Lightbulbs inside the house and on the patio were burnt out. During our ten day stay we were unable to turn on Kitchen nook lights as well as dining room lights. Staying during a cold spell we could have used some heat in the house. Thermostat only provided setting for cooling, there might not be a furnace on site.We are thankful that the owner accommodated our furry companion. Considering the location and the overall state of the house, we would consider renting this place again.

Thank you for choosing are home for your stay I wish you would of told me about the heat and light's as soon as you were aware of the issues. Instead of at checkout. My husband stop by that day of your checkout to look at the issues and the kitchen light worked find it looked like the cover thst is on the light switch to keep guest from turning off the outside light had been moved to the kitchen light switch once he put it back were it belonged the kitchen light worked and the heater wss just not at the right setting i am sorry about those few issues you had i am glad you enjoyed the house hope you stsy with us again
