The community is one of the nicest and well-taken communities on the north coast. With 24 hours of security, a water park, a restaurant, and mini golf, among other amenities that no other community offers because it is positioned as the #1 vacation community on the north coast.

A vehicle is recommended but not required.

The villa is designed for up to five singles or five couples. Guests are welcome, but some rules apply. A maximum of 10 people may stay at the villa overnight, and larger groups are welcome during the day with advance notice. Please inquire about guest rules if you are not familiar with the community, but the villa is designed for fun and the rules aren't overwhelming.

The experience of staying in such a beautiful villa made the trip more enjoyable.

The Villa was well stocked with the things we needed to make our stay comfortable. The gate community was quiet and safe. There was no problem having a few well behaved guests over. Will stay here every time I visit
