The Casa Linda water park includes a pool with swim-up bar, jet tub, lazy river and a kids zone equipped with water slides, boats, water activities and a playground...Besides the water park and Welcome Center, also within the Casa Linda amenities phase is a beautiful cascading waterfall, mini golf, tennis court, shuffleboard and a walking/jogging trail...If CASA COCO-TROPICO is not available for your desired dates, it would be a pleasure for CASA COCO to recommend other CASA COCO villas. 🌴CASA COCO-TROPICO maximum nightly occupancy is 10 adults + children...Visitors are welcome, even overnight, as long as the villa remains within the maximum occupancy

🌴Receipt is provided for the $25 nightly utilities fee that is payable by cash in US or peso currency on arrival...Utilities includes air condition, electricity, propane, internet, cable as well as an endless supply of bottled water

🌴$100 REFUNDABLE key/towel deposit is payable by cash in US or pesos on arrival and returned prior to departure once keys and towels are accounted for...Missing or damaged key $11 US, Missing or damaged hand towel $10 US, Missing or damaged bath towel $15 US & missing or damaged pool towel $20 US
