The airport is only a 20 minute drive away without disturbing the house noise. A great villa

The villa is spacious and clean and well maintained, in a quiet village with lots of spaces around. Close to the airport and Thessaloniki. The owners are very nice. We stayed with the whole family with the children and grandchildren, we really enjoyed ourselves. Recommends

Großzügige Villa in ruhiger Lage

Entspannung pur

Das Haus von Familie Richert lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren drei befreundete Familien mit Kindern zwischen 5 und 10 Jahren. Es fehlte nichts an Ausstattung, selbst unsere Gesellschaftsspiele haben wir umsonst mitgebracht, weil eine riesige Auswahl vorhanden war. Wer ein großzügiges Anwesen in abgeschiedener Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub 😊

Wer ein besonderes Haus erwartet, wird es hier finden. Sowohl von der Größe und der Ausstattung, die üblicherweise in Ferienhäusern nicht zu finden ist, als auch von der professionellen Kommunikation und der Betreuung während des Aufenthalts. Very nice property

The property is very well equipped with all you need. We were 9 adults and 3 children and we more space than expected. Everything was clean and the pool big enough and very well maintained. There is a nice beach bar at 3 km and a taverna close to the property with very good food. I recommend this property everything was perfect

Amazing Villa!

We can not fault our stay here, perfect villa for 3 families, secluded large space with fantastic outdoor space for the children enclosed (so the younger ones can’t get out!) You will need a car to get around but everything you need is close as the villa is in a great location! We will definitely be booking again!

A beautiful place to stay!

The property is absolutely amazing! Well maintained and has all your needs when traveling away from home. We were 12 people traveling, two families it the home and the home accommodated us all comfortably! Conveniently located if you are looking to stay outside of Thessaloniki but get there in about 20 minutes depending on traffic in the city. It is also close to a few small beachs towns for a real sense of Greece. The only complaint was that our GPS could not find the street so was a little frustrating to find besides that the place was great. That is why for convenience of check-in and neighborhood it got four stars instead of 5. The home the is definitely five if not more stars.

Einfach sensationell

Guten Tag potenzieller Gast, wir haben das Anwesen (leider) nur für fünf Übernachtungen gebucht. Die Villa ist nach etwa 25-30 Minuten Autofahrt vom Thessaloniki`s Flughafen sehr einfach zu erreichen und sie ist wirklich sensationell!!! Sie liegt abseits der Hauptstraße und somit wird man in der Nacht nicht vom Autoverkehr gestört. Außerdem ist der Grundstück auf dem sie steht sehr groß, direkte Nachbar gibt es nicht. Die Villa verfügt über vier Schlafzimmern und zwei zusätzliche Schlafnischen. Des Weiteren bietet sie eine große voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich (großer Tisch mit Platz für 10 Personen), ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und WC, ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und zwei weitere WCs, eine kleine Waschküche und eine riesige Garage. Auf der Ostseite sind zwei Terrassen (Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss) und der Swimmingpool zu finden. Auf der überdachten Terrasse im Erdgeschoss kann man ebenfalls zu Tisch gehen, bzw. sich gemütlich machen. Auf der Westseite gibt es eine weitere überdachte Terrasse, auf der wir in der Früh unseren Kaffees getrunken haben, da sie am Morgen im Schatten liegt. Alle Räumlichkeiten sind klimatisiert und verfügen über TV-Geräte. Für Unterhaltung sorgen Netflix und Playstation, sowie viele Brett- und Gesellschaftsspiele. Am Swimmingpool spenden zwei große Sonnenschirme Schatten und es gibt bequeme Liegemöglichkeiten. Für Grillbegeisterte steht ein sehr guter Grill zur Verfügung, der genügend Platz für 15 Halssteaks bietet. Jedem Gast wird Bade- und Strandtuch bereitgestellt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genügend. Nur als Beispiel: es sind zwei Lidls in der Nähe zu finden. Eins davon ist in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Jeden Donnerstag findet im Nachbardorf (Nea Michaniona) ein Straßenmarkt statt, wo man sich mit frischem Obst und Gemüse, sowie frischen Fisch eindecken kann. Die Villa liegt nicht direkt am Strand, was für uns keinen Nachteil war, ganz im Gegenteil. Bis zu Riviera-Beach sind es eine 10 Minutige Autofahrt zu planen. Uns hat aber der Strand in Epanomi besser gefallen. Wir waren 11 Erwachsene und 7 Kinder und ich muss sagen, wir haben uns im und um das Objekt nicht auf die Füße getreten 😉. Wir werden bestimmt wieder buchen, aber für eine längere Zeit. Besten Dank an der Verwalterin und an den Eigentümern!
