Very Quite Building so not good for party people or loud groups.

perfect condo in South beach

Very nice condo a minute from the beach and Ocean drive. Perfect location and the condo matches the description provided on the website. The parking garage makes it very convenient to go explore the area without worrying about parking. We would come back.

Great location

This unit is amazing. It’s close to everything you need. The check in process could be a pain but other than that no complaints. It even comes with a garage spot and washer/dryer. I would highly recommend this spot if you’re in town.
