This is a stunning 1000 sq ft unit 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, featuring high end appliances including Subzero Refrigerator. Master Suite features king size bed and a separate restroom with a Bidet, and a full size Jacuzzi, built out closed and mated door, second bedroom features a Queen size bed and a Flat screen also with a full bath.
And the most important thing, you can't be closer to the beach unless you have a tent! Directly across Ocean Dr, you will find yourself immersed in the World's famous South beach, where perfect sand and beautiful people and warm waters of Atlantic ocean will tantalize your stay!
Downstairs you will find yourself in a Full Service restaurant Ocean drive. And onto the Beach right across the Famous Ocean Dr!!! Just don't forget the toothbrush.

Edward was easy to communicate with and we really appreciated the flexibility with check in and check out. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. The residence itself was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The shower pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water. We'd love to visit again.

Old and poorly maintained. Difficult to find the reception. One shower with no hot water. We had to all use the only one working. And on top of it, it is ridiculously expensive for the condition. I was expecting a super luxury place, not a semi dump. This place doesn’t even have a pool. The hotel next door is simply gorgeous. Beautiful rooms and a roof top pool. Costing about half. The only positive thing is the location.

Nice stay but a few things could have been better. A info sheet how to run tv and a bigger coffee pot not a 4 cup per size. Master bath shower could never give us hot water. Other bathroom shower was hot and great! More towels for 4 people would be nice! Enjoyed our time in the condo and felt safe.

Home away from home

Absolutely loved staying at this property. My husband and I frequent the Carlyle and this is the first time we stayed with friends so we needed a 2 bedroom. This fit the bill perfectly! Space was great, fantastic location, amazing staff, quick check in, everything you want in a vacation home away from home! The property is right across from the municipal parking garage which is very convenient, although it does get very busy on weekends. Will definitely be back!

Perfect location, many restaurants lining thd street and right across from the beach. 20% discount at the restaurant downstairs. Lunch and dinner were terrific. The apartment was nicely decorated, had a washer and dryer and was ideal for two couples. Parkin garage right around the corner which was convenient. Would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at the Carlyle apartment. We felt that almost everything was within walking distance. Good restaurants, beach, groceries, etc. It had everything we needed and our host Edward was always responsive and helpful. We would like to visit again.

South Beach is magical. Our 2bdrm/2bath unit was spacious for the 4 of us. 24hr concierge very helpful when I got food delivery, left my key inside, and flight of stairs to elevator with luggage also needed assistance.

Right on Ocean dr, true 2 bedroom with master suite including a Jacuzzi and a Bede, second bedroom also has a full bathroom, 60" flat panel in the living room, and a 40" in the master bed, wifi and a full kitchen... World famous beach is right across the street actually you could not get closer unless you set up a tent on the beach itself, Ocean dr with hundreds or restaurants and bars, and one of them right downstairs in the building itself, Collins ave right around the corner, Lincoln road and Washington streets are all within a few minutes walk...
