Oak Bluffs Summer Getaway Cape & Pet friendly!
Newly renovated cape in a quiet neighborhood near Lagoon Pond (1/2 mile away), 1.5 miles from downtown Oak Bluffs, very close to bike path & bus stop. You can hear the wonderful ferry horn from the deck!
The house has central air conditioning, a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an outdoor shower, a fenced-in yard and a large deck with a Weber grill. Our home has a tall ceiling in the living room with lots of windows so the room feels bright and airy. A slider opens to the large deck with seating for 6 at the dining table.
The property has many trees and is set back from the street so it feels private. The yard has beautiful landscaping, lighting and an irrigation system. There is plenty of room for parking in the semi-circle driveway as well as under a carport off of the garage.
The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, as well as a king-size Tempurpedic bed, TV and two closets. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a high ceiling with a ceiling fan and plenty of storage for clothes. The third bedroom is upstairs in a tranquil loft area. This is my favorite room in the house. It is peaceful, private and up and away from it all. The room has a skylight and a large window with its own mini-split AC unit. There is a new half bathroom in the basement off of the laundry area.
*4 beach chairs and an umbrella are included in the rental.
**Pillows, sheets, mattress covers & comforters provided.
No towels provided. Martha’s Vineyard Linen Service is excellent if you’d like to rent towels.
