The spacious 4 room apartment is located in the center of the charming harbor town of Sassnitz and has 98 m² of living space. It offers enough space for up to 6 people and guarantees a truly unforgettable holiday by the sea.

The apartment has a large roof terrace, which is accessible from both the living room and one of the bedrooms.

The penthouse is very individual, partly with designer furniture z. With chairs by Arne Jacobsen, some with antiques and waiting for his discerning guests. The walls of the open and spacious rooms were partially painted with Rügen healing chalk and thus offer a special sense of living.

The first bedroom to the sea side is equipped with a 180 cm wide high-quality box spring bed and not only gives you a restful sleep, but also offers you a wonderful view of the harbor. So you can count the ships out of bed and watch the passing of Stena Line ferries to Sweden.

The second bedroom is facing northwest and offers a beautiful view of nature and the chalk cliffs.
This room is equipped with a 180cm wide box spring bed.

The third room is waiting for the younger guests and has two single beds with 90 x 200 cm size, which of course can be used by the adults.

The real leather corner sofa in the living room invites you to relax and watch TV or listen to music. Also a DVD player including numerous DVDs is at your disposal. The open kitchen and a large dining table offer everything you need for cozy meals.

The white glossy kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and leaves nothing to be desired.

The apartment has a large bathroom with shower and tub, with a skylight, from which you can watch the passing of the clouds during the day and the stars in the evening. There is also an additional guest toilet.

Washing machine, Wäschespinner, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available.

Enjoy the sunrise from the bed and have breakfast on the sunny roof terrace. Later, retire to a deckchairs with a book and feel like you're on a cruise ship.
In the evening you can enjoy the light of the jetty, listen to the laughter of the seagulls and watch the landing of the sailing yachts.

The minimum occupancy is 4 people, each additional person costs 10 euros, children under 3 years live with us for free. Baby cot and high chair is waiting for the smallest guests.
The apartment is also very suitable for two friendly couples, as there are two full bedrooms and two toilets!
Additional costs are included, final cleaning 60 Euro, linen package incl. Towel and bath towel per person 12 Euro.
