NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place "front of the house, facing the driveway," so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $25 per person, per night.

Private rose garden house

The house is well located near the rose garden neighborhood of San Jose and convenient to the Westfield Valley Fair mall and Santana Row where shops and restaurants are located. Clean interior design and easy flow of rooms, abundant roses in bloom in the front and back yards. Quiet neighborhood, safe, with garage parking for one car. Your home away from home!

Perfect Stay in a Lovely Home with Exceptional Hosts and Delightful Fruit Trees

We had a perfect stay at this lovely home! The location was excellent, providing easy access to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The team was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They were always available to provide help and address any questions we had in a timely manner. One of the highlights was the private fruit trees in the garden. We thoroughly enjoyed picking fresh fruit every morning – it was such a delightful experience! We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

This house had hair in the bathrooms, dirty floors and dirty outdoor furniture. No ice machine either. The property manager refused to clean the outdoor furniture. The walls had damage dry wall and did not bother to notify me until check in. There was trash all over the front lawn. The wife didn't not work. There is only 1 bathroom! Don't rent this house
