This property was a perfect place for our family of 4! The only thing that I would recommend is better access to the top bunk bed.

Great location for Main Street access. Beds and space a bit cramped. Could have used one more chair or more spacious seating in family room. If you want a close location for town perfect but not great for lounging in the room after a day of skiing.

Great location, reaching management difficult
This was booked quickly due to a family emergency so I do appreciate the availability. Location is fabulous! Parking is very close and was appreciated. Though in beds can sleep 4, 3 adults would be the max due to a very small bathroom with virtually no counter space.(we had just 2 of us and it worked fine). I booked through an agent as the website was not getting me past some acknowledgment paperwork and that person was very nice. However I gave him my cell phone at least 3 times and somehow the door code was based on my husband’s phone and he has never done anything with this company! Luckily we were there about 20 min before the office closed. I had tried calling the office the day before (as I realized the paperwork I received had no unit number on it; got that after sending an email) and the message asked which property owner/manager I wanted. None of the paperwork I had mentioned that so had no idea who to leave a message for. When I called during working hours again I got a VM and left a message. I left my phone number and that person texted me the correct code. Not sure what I would have done if it had been after hours. The lighting in the bedrooms is very low. I suggest you bring your own coffee with additives. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances, plates, cups, silverware etc. Both bedroom windows were drafty making it cooler in the bedrooms than in the den area. They provided warm blankets which helped. Would I stay here again? Maybe as long as only 2 of us!
Great location and communication was good, but there is no way around the age of the building. Boiler went out one night, so woke up to cold water. They fixed it by the time we were back that evening, but a hot shower is sorely missed when not available. Kitchen was functional, but only had salt and pepper shaker…nothing else.
Awesome place to stay! Can walk to quicksilver lift in ski boots just fine, if you don’t want too bus stop is just outside door. Main Street is so close so your right in the action of the downtown. Place is clean would stay again and recommend
Son did some uphill work on Quandary and Buffalo. I stuck to alpine down hill. The condo is in a great location. Two blocks from Main Street, one block from groceries, and several buses stop right outside the front door. Unit was clean, quiet, and well kept. Great to have a ski locker. Might be tight for 6 adults but very good for a couple with two kids.
Although a bit dated, the property was well maintained and management was attentive. It's too far to walk to the lifts in ski boots, but the free shuttle bus was right out the front door, running every 20 minutes.
Location on the Blue bus route, so convenient for skiing. 2 blocks from the Main Street w shops and food. Place is updated and easily sleeps 4. (6 would fit, but it’d be crowded.). Would stay here again
The condo was much larger than expected and closer to the lift lines. The lift was a good walk but easily doable by this 61 year old with my snowboard. There were just two of us so the size of the condo was overkill but was great having the extra space. We had problems with the internet access and ultimately discovered that the passcode was written with a Capital letter when in reality it wasn't. Only one of the burners on the electrical stove was actually plugged in. Once I understood the problem it wasn't a big deal to plug them in correctly, but this should have been done by the cleaning crew.
Nice, cozy condo. Accommodations were as advertised. The best part of this place was the location. The free bus service picked us up directly in front of the unit and dropped us at Peak 9, less than a 10 minute bus ride. Also drops off at the Gondola if needed. We were a block and a half from Main Street and we walked everywhere we went during our stay. Short walk to shops, restaurants, bars and breweries. Also, there is a grocery store a few hundred feet down the street. Would definitely stay here again based on the location alone.
Easy check in. Great location 2 blocks from main street. Units are a little dated, but it was cheaper than a hotel. Will stay there again if it's available.
Overall the condo was okay. The living area had decent seating a good TV and the bathroom was nice. The small second bedroom had adequate twin beds, the kitchen was equipped with essential items but no dish sponge was found. That said, for a summer stay the rooms are really hot and stuffy at night. We had to buy an extra fan and keep the unscreened balcony door open a few inches all night and just hope no critters came in. None did. There was only 1 parking spot per unit and we had to locate city parking for our other car.

Overall a great value. Priced right, clean, comfortable and on the Blue bus route which runs every 40 minutes to get to the ski lifts and shops.Main entrance hallway could use a little renovation. Condo entrance carpet could be replaced. All said, I would book again with Alpine Meadows Management!
My buddies and I had an awesome time. Plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably and a short walk to the lifts!

Place was perfect. Not fancy but clean and convenient. Groceries within walking distance and a couple blocks from main street. I plan to stay there often.
We were 4 adults and 2 very small kids and it was a good thing we are used to sharing space. Bedrooms are on the smaller side as is the kitchen.
Location next to carter park and a short walk to quicksilver lift was fantastic. (Our 4 year old could walk the 5 blocks to the lift.) Having the ski locker for our gear right outside the unit was super helpful.
Note on parking: It didn’t snow enough to matter when we were there but if you get greater than 3 inches, you have to move your car out of the parking lot from 7 am to 8:30 am so it can be plowed. Unit comes with one parking space but for a Monday the property manager was able to provide a second one for us.
Our family of 5 had a great stay at Alpenrose. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The place is a block from the local market and two blocks from main St. Would highly recommend.
This place had the “Schitt’s Creek” vibe for sure, which added to the charm for me! Comfortable beds, lots of pillows, humidifiers in the closet, and walking distance to everything. Bring your own condiments, spices, oil, etc. We had a great time!
