With a living room with double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom it offers space for 2 people. The child-friendly holiday flat also has air conditioning, cable TV and a parking lot. On the terrace with garden furniture you can enjoy relaxing holidays. Within 10 minutes’ walk you reach the nearest beach at Lake Garda as well as shopping facilities and numerous restaurants. The Virgilio Spa is only 1.5 km away and the old town of Sirmione with its sights 5 km away.

Kleine Ferienwohnung in einer Seitenstraße mit eigenem Parkplatz. Die Wohnung scheint relativ neu renoviert zu sein. Leider ist die Ausstattung der Küche sehr, sehr spartanisch. Selbst Geschirrtücher und Spülmittel waren nicht vorhanden. Die blaue Couch im Inserat ist ein Klappbett für zwei Personen, nicht gerade bequem, da man wie auf einem Campingbett schläft.
Der Außenbereich macht eher einen ungepflegten Eindruck...
Wenn man lediglich übernachten möchte ist es okay, aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet

Wir freuen uns, dass Sie das frisch renovierte Studio mit eigenem Parkplatz genossen haben.
Wir nehmen zur Kenntnis, dass die Ausstattung nicht ihrer Vorstellung entsprochen hat. Die Küchenausstattung und das Schlafsofa sowie die Größe der Wohnung sind in der Beschreibung angegeben, sie ist in sich stimmig und funktional, leider trifft man nicht immer den jeweiligen Geschmack aller Gäste. Wir versuchen in unserer Beschreibung die Wohnung so detailliert als möglich vorzustellen, hinterlegen dies auch mit eigenen Fotos, damit Sie sich ein genaues Bild machen können, was Sie vor Ort an Ausstattung und Annehmlichkeiten erwartet. Die Bequemlichkeit des Bettes ist sehr individuell, da manche unserer Gäste weiche und andere härtere Betten bevorzugen.
Wir freuen uns, Sie wieder mal bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

Prachtig huisje en schoon van binnen.
Pros: Lekker koel in huisjes met een goede airco. Huisje was schoon en van binnen goed onderhouden. En de contactpersoon is goed te bereiken en vriendelijk, behulpzaam.
Cons: De ligging viel me klein beetje tegen. Recht tegenover zat een autogarage met ‘s nachts een waakhond waardoor je soms wel wakker werd van het geblaf. De tuin was niet netjes onderhouden. Onder de trap lagen vuilniszakken. Jammer dat het niet even opgeruimd werd voordat de gasten kwamen. Helaas was er geen waterkoker voor thee te maken (was ze wel mee bezig hoorde ik achteraf) en geen koffiezetmachine. Terwijl Italië toch ook wel van de koffie is. Helaas maar 1 raam met een rolluik buiten, en bij de voordeur en raam aan de zijkant niet. Waardoor je ‘s morgen om 6:00 uur al wakker was. Dit wel opgelost zelf met vuilniszakken en plakband waardoor we toch nog iets konden uitslapen.
Dit allemaal positieve feedback waar ze wat mee kunnen. Want heb wel een super vakantie gehad.

Gemütliche Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht.
Pros: Klein aber fein, schnuggeliches Appartement, mit allem was man braucht. Sehr ruhig gelegen, mit eigener Terrasse und netten Nachbarn. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Christina unsere Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell am See und wir konnten tolle Fahrradtouren, umgeben von Weinreben (den Lugana Weißwein sollte man unbedingt probieren) und Apfelplantagen. Auch Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
