Close to the popular holiday resort Pollença, on the outskirts of the Serra de Tramuntana, the villa La Plana is situated in a beautiful location amidst nature. The traditional Majorcan house has wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors as well as spacious common rooms and can accommodate 12 people with a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 6 air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It also has Wi-Fi, satellite television, a fireplace and a baby cot. Surrounded by Mediterranean flora and with a fantastic view of the Tramuntana Mountains, you can enjoy relaxing holidays in the picturesque outdoor area with a covered terrace, a sun terrace with sun loungers, a table tennis table, a barbecue and a 36m² pool. Numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities can be reached in Pollença, which is 5 km away. The beautiful bay of Puerto de Pollença with its fine sandy beach is less than 12 km away and can be reached in 13 minutes by car.

Amazing villa in a great location

Great villa for 2 families sharing. Lots of space and in the middle of amazing scenery, kids could be as noisy as they liked in the pool.

Pros: Great location with the Serra de Tramuntana surrounding this finca. A lot of orangetrees, lemontrees and avocadotrees on the premises as well as a small local ecological shop next door runned by the host family, where you (among other things) could by eggs, goat cheeses and olive oil.

Pros: Das Haus war sehr schön und sehr groß. Gerade gut, wenn man als Familie reist. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Am Besten hat uns das Grundstück ums Haus gefallen mit sehr viel Grün und jede Menge Zitrusbäumen, an denen man sich bedienen durfte. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer gut zu erreichen. Unsere Anliegen wurden sofort erledigt (z.B. einen neuen Toaster).

Nur die Lage ist ok

Wir machen schon seit einigen Jahren Sommerurlaub auf Mallorca. Nach der Ankunft und ersten Begehung waren wir bei dieser Finca zunächst leider ziemlich enttäuscht und niedergeschlagen. Check-In war kurz und unkompliziert, aber erst am späten Nachmittag möglich, was mit der Reinigung begründet wurde. Jedoch waren Außen- und Innenbereich bei Ankunft nicht sauber und nicht gepflegt. Diverses war zudem kaputt. Dabei möchten wir dem Vermieter zugute halten, dass er nach unseren Hinweisen dann zügig und freundlich entsprechende Austausche und Reparaturen vorgenommen hat. Aber insg. war es sehr viel: Duschköpfe, Toilettenspülung, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Poolliegen, Sonnenschirme. Die Frage kam bei uns auf, warum dies erst nach Hinweisen verbessert wurde. Bettgestelle und Matratzen sind für einen erholsamen Schlaf ungeeignet. Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafräumen sind hingegen prima. Die Umgebung (der Ausblick vom Pool, die Wanderwege) sind schön und die Lage gut, denn in recht kurzer Zeit sind die Innenstädte und Strände von Pollenca und Alcudia erreichbar. Warum auch immer, gab es sehr viele Mücken und alle waren heftig zerstochen. Insg. können wir die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.
