Sunland is a lovely community for all visitors. Come and explore this adorable community - attend a concert, swim in the Columbia River, visit our awarding winning wineries. This home is the rear unit of a 2 unit home. There is a shared garage space between the 2 units with laundry, spare fridge, bbqs and storage space. Shared grassy yard out front and plenty of parking. Access to the rear unit is along the side of home, shared sidewalk entry.

The rear unit is up against the beautiful cliffs with a full kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom and open living area. Living room seating includes 2 futons that are full size beds, bedroom has a queen lower, twin upper bunk. Walking distance to general store, north beach and park.

Guests will have entire rear unit privately and have a shared garage with front unit. Garage has laundry, spare fridge, BBQs, and storage space. Large front grassy yard and large parking area are shared with front unit.

Walking distance to restaurant, store, north beach, and park.
