Comfortable Stay

The property was as listed. There is secured off-street parking, but it could be a bit of a hassle when you first arrive and leaving as you'll need to find street parking when you first arrive to retrieve the key fob from the apartment to access the garage. The same in reverse when checking out. The location is very convenient to many local attractions including, Downtown Newark, Branchbrook Park, Harrison, Elizabeth and NYC.

I think the concept is a great one. The area or neighborhood is or was typical Newark NJ, and one just has to be vigilant. The beds were not comfortable, in both rooms. As reported by both occupants.

NYC Vacay

We really enjoyed our trip! The apartment was very nice, clean and beds were comfortable. We were on the go, so we didn't cook on site. We appreciate being able to check in early. Thank you!

Girls’ NY trip

The building was secure and quiet, a couple of blocks from the train. We were able to travel to Penn station in NY. We figured out it was cheaper and faster to travel back from NY Penn station to Newark Penn Station and Uber back to the apartment. Beds in the apartment were very comfortable, TVs were good. Bathroom lacked counter space, TVs and mirrors could have been wiped down better. Overall is was a good stay and a good place to rest after traveling to NYC.
