Very Clean and Comfortable 3 Bedroom - Near Everything.

This apartment is nice and clean.
The 3 bedrooms are nicely furnished and decent size.
Coin Laundry Conveniently Located in the Really Clean and Nicely Done Basement! Conveniently located 1 block from bus transportation, 3 blocks from the Light rail to the path, 1 block from NJ Turnpike. Truly a Gem! Book with us you won't regret it. PARKING AVAILABLE which is rare in Jersey City. Laundry on Site. 20 Minutes to New York City, 10 minutes to Downtown area, Waterfront and Parks!

There’s one to avoid

This was the worst experience ever! The host was very slow to answer messages even before the trip, it took her 2 days to answer my questions. She did not inform us, prior to the trip that the roads surrounding the property were closed due to construction. It took us forever to get to the house and had to drive on a wrong way street. The code she provided for the property was wrong. Three adults took turns pouring in the code provided by the host with no success. We’ve messaged the host through the app multiple times before 10:00 pm but no reply. Since we couldn’t reach anyone from Vrbo that evening we had to take our two kids and checked in a hotel in newark. This was our spring break mini vacation. We’ve paid over one grand for two nights at this property and so far we got a refund to cover about a third from the host who refused to even refund the cleaning fee even though we couldn’t even set foot in the property. Because of this we also ended up having to pay even more money for the two nights we stayed at the hotel. A whole bunch of money and nerves, time spent on the phones for what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway!

A Perfect Stay

This was a great home for our stay - a short drive to the PATH station, with off- and on-street parking, clean and well-equipped. The neighbors were friendly and the rooms were comfortable and very clean. I appreciated all the extra touches and clear communication with the host. This was a great meeting spot for a short vacation with friends, and we'll definitely plan to return!'
